Claims (7)
- 0.10∼0.25질량%의 탄소, 1.00%질량 이하의 Si, 2.00질량% 이하의 Mn, 0.60∼1.50질량%의 Ni, 1.00질량% 초과 2.50질량% 이하의 Cr, 식 (Mo+(W/2))≤1.00질량%를 만족시키는 Mo 및 W 중 적어도 하나, 0.03∼0.l5질량%의 V(vanadium), 0.50∼2.00질량%의 Cu, 0.05질량% 이하의 S(sulfur), 0.10질량% 이하의 Al, 0.06질량% 이하의 N(nitrogen), 0.005질량% 이하의 O(oxygen), 및 Fe와 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 잔부를 포함하며, 주상(primary phase)이 하부 베이나이트 금속 조직을 가지며, HRC 34∼45의 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,하기 화학 조성(질량%)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강:(1) %Ni+1.2(%Cu)=1.30∼2.70, 및(2) 60(%C)+1.5(%Si)+%Ni+6(%Cr)+2(%Mo+1/2(%W))+20(%V)+0.2%(Cu)=21.00∼28.70.
- 제1항에 있어서,Mo 및 W 중 적어도 하나의 전체 량이 Mo+(W/2)=0.10∼1.00질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 황의 함량이 0.003∼0.05질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,0.05질량% 이하의 Al, 0.001질량% 초과 0.005질량% 이하의 산소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,0.60∼1.20질량%의 Ni, 0.60∼1.50질량%의 Cu를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,0.13∼0.20질량%의 탄소, 1.40∼2.20질량%의 Cr을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형용 강.
