Claims (14)
- (a) 파형화된 세라믹 페이퍼 및 판형 페이퍼를 포함하는 허니컴 구조의 세라믹 필터를 알루미늄 실리케이트 용액으로 코팅하고 건조시키는 단계;(b) 상기 건조된 세라믹 페이퍼 필터의 외벽에 점토 조성물을 코팅하고 건조시킨 후 열처리하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 점토 코팅된 세라믹 페이퍼 필터를 알루미늄 포스페이트 용액으로 코팅하고 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 파형화된 세라믹 페이퍼 및 판형 페이퍼는 각각 0.1 내지 1mm의 세라믹 파이버, 유기파이버 및 유기바인더를 포함하는 슬러리 용액으로부터 제조되는 것인 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파이버는 알루미나, 알루미노 실리케이트 및 알루미노 보로 실리케이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 실리케이트 용액은 알코올, 질산알루미늄, 테트라 에틸 오르쏘 실리케이트(TEOS), 및 염산의 혼합물인 세라믹 필터의 제조방 법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 실리케이트 용액은 테트라 에틸 오르쏘 실리케이트(TEOS) 1몰을 기준으로 알코올 0.2 내지 0.5 몰, 질산알루미늄 0.01 내지 0.02 몰 및 염산 0.1x10-3 내지 0.2x10- 3몰을 포함하는 것인 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 실리케이트 용액은 붕산을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 점토 조성물은 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 벤토나이트, 카올린, 납석 및 활석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 점토 12 내지 25 중량부, 및 세라믹 파이버 0.5 내지 2 중량부를 포함하는 것인 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 포스페이트 용액은 질산알루미늄 및 인산을 포함하며, P/Al 원자비가 3-50인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 포스페이트 용액은 붕산을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 포스페이트 용액 중 알루미늄 포스페이트의 고형분 함량은 1-80 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 b)단계의 열처리는 400-1000 ℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 c)단계의 소성온도는 800-1100 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 파형화된 세라믹 페이퍼 및 판형 페이퍼를 포함하는 허니컴 구조의 세라믹 필터의 외면에, 알루미늄 실리케이트의 1차 코팅층, 점토 코팅층, 및 알루미늄 포스페이트의 2차 코팅층을 포함하며,상기 점토 코팅층은 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 벤토나이트, 카올린, 납석 및 활석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 점토 12 내지 25 중량부, 및 세라믹 파이버 0.5 내지 2 중량부를 포함하는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 실리케이트의 1차 코팅층은 파형화된 세라믹 페이퍼 및 판형 페이퍼를 포함하는 허니컴 구조의 세라믹 필터를알루미늄 실리케이트 용액으로 코팅하고 건조하여 제조되며,상기 점토 코팅층은 상기 건조된 세라믹 페이퍼 필터의 외벽에 점토 조성물을 코팅하고 건조시킨 후 열처리하여 제조되며,상기 알루미늄 포스페이트의 2차 코팅층은 점토 코팅된 세라믹 페이퍼 필터를 알루미늄 포스페이트 용액으로 코팅하고 소성시켜 제조되는 것인 세라믹 필터.
