Claims (9)
- 내부가 빈 통 모양으로 형성되고 폐수와 산화제를 수용함으로써 폐수와 산화제가 산화반응을 일으키도록 반응공간을 형성하는 반응기와,상기 반응기의 외측에 구비되어 반응기를 가열하는 가열수단과,상기 반응기 내부로 전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단과,상기 전원공급수단이 반응기에 전원 공급시 변화된 반응기의 전위를 측정하는 전위측정기를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전원공급수단은 전류를 발생하는 전압발생부와,상기 전압발생부로부터 발생된 전류의 흐름 방향을 안내하는 공급선과,상기 반응기의 외측에서 내부로 삽입되어 상기 전압발생부로부터 발생된 전류가 반응기 내부로 공급되도록 전극체를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전극체는,상기 전압발생부로부터 발생된 전류를 공급선을 통해 전달받아 반응기 내벽에 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전극체는 반응기의 외면과 절연된 상태로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전극체(330)는,상기 반응기(100)의 외면 하부에 설치되어 전압발생부(310)의 양극과 연결되는 불용성양극과,상기 반응기(100)의 외면 상부에 설치되며, 상기 전위측정기의 표준점 역할을 하는 기준전극을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징을 하는 초임계수 산화장치.
- 폐수와 산화제가 산화반응을 일으키도록 반응공간을 형성하는 반응기와, 상기 반응기를 가열하는 가열수단과, 상기 반응기 내부로 전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단과, 상기 전원공급수단이 반응기에 전원 공급시 변화된 반응기의 전위를 측정하는 전위측정기를 포함하여 구성되는 초임계수 산화장치의 방식방법에 있어서,상기 반응기 일측에 구비된 기준전극을 기준으로 반응기 내부의 전위차를 측정하는 전위차측정단계와;상기 전원공급수단으로부터 반응기 내부에 전원을 공급하는 전원인가단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치의 방식방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전원인가단계는,상기 전원공급수단의 (+)극은 상기 반응기 일측에 구비된 불용성양극으로 인가하고, 상기 전원공급수단의 (-)극은 반응기의 내벽에 인가하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치의 방식방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전원인가단계에서,정전류 인가방식일 때 상기 반응기에 공급되는 음극전류는 부식전위보다 0.5V 이상의 음극전위가 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치의 방식방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전원인가단계에서,정전위 음극 인가방식일 때 상기 반응기에 공급되는 음극전위는 부식전위보다 0.5V 이상의 음극전위가 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 초임계수 산화장치의 부식방지방법.
