Claims (7)
- 방사성 의약품인 [¹¹C]-acetate를 합성하기 위한 장치에 있어서,CH3MgCl in THF시약을 ¹¹CO2 gas와 반응시키는 진공 용기(vacuum vial);상기 진공 용기의 후방 측에서 상기 진공 용기 내에서 합성된 물질을 흡인하여 이동시키는 1차 전동 주입장치;상기 1차 전동 주입장치의 후방 측에서 상기 진공 용기 내에서 합성된 물질의 정제를 위하여 IC-H+(cation exchange resin), IC-AG+(Ag+ containing material), IC-OH- (anion exchange resin)을 담은 카트리지들;상기 카트리지들의 후방 측에 위치되어 상기 진공 용기 내에서 가공되지 않은 반응물을 수집하여 분리해 내는 수집기(centritube);상기 카트리지의 후방 측에 위치되어 얻어진 [¹¹C]-acetate를 용출해 내어 수집하고 N2 gas 버블링이 이루어지는 [¹¹C]-acetate 수집기;상기 [¹¹C]-acetate 수집기의 후방측에서 최종산물인 [¹¹C]-acetate를 흡인하여 이동시키는 2차 전동 주입장치; 및상기 [¹¹C]-acetate 수집기의 후방측에서 최종산물인 [¹¹C]-acetate를 모으는 진공 저장기;를 포함하여 ¹¹CO2 gas로부터 [¹¹C]-acetate를 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공 용기에는 ¹¹CO2 gas 대신 일반 CO2 gas가 공급되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공 용기와 상기 1차 전동 주입장치의 사이에는 1차 및 2차 3방향 밸브들과 다수의 튜브가 배치되어 상기 진공 용기 내로 또는 상기 진공 용기로부터 합성물질을 이동시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 IC-AG+(Ag+ containing material)을 담은 카트리지와 상기 IC-OH- (anion exchange resin)을 담은 카트리지들 사이에는 물(H2O) 또는 citrate buffer를 공급하기 위한 튜브와 3차 3방향 밸브가 연결된 것임을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 IC-OH- (anion exchange resin)을 담은 카트리지의 후 방에는 상기 수집기(centritube)로 반응물을 수집하여 분리해 내거나, 상기 [¹¹C]-acetate 수집기로 [¹¹C]-acetate를 용출해 내어 수집하기 위한 4차 3방향 밸브와 튜브들이 연결된 것임을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 [¹¹C]-acetate 수집기의 후방측에는 상기 2차 전동 주입장치와 상기 진공 저장기에 연결된 5차 3방향 밸브와 튜브들이 연결된 것임을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브들은 테프론 재질로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 [¹¹C]-acetate 합성 모듈 장치.
