Claims (2)
- 분석대상이 되는 핵산을 제외한 표적생체분자와 기지의 단일가닥핵산 압타머를 수용액에 첨가하여 상기 표적생체분자와 상기 단일가닥핵산 사이의 특이적 결합에 의한 표적생체분자/단일가닥핵산 복합체를 형성시키는 단계;상기 수용액에 금-나노입자를 첨가하여 상기 표적생체분자와 복합체를 형성하지 아니하고 남아 있는 상기 단일가닥핵산과 상기 금-나노입자를 반응시켜 단일가닥핵산/금-나노입자 복합체를 형성시키는 단계; 및상기 수용액에 염을 첨가하여 상기 단일가닥핵산과 복합체를 형성하고 있는 상기 금-나노입자의 분산 상태에 기초한 상기 수용액의 색상변화를 분석하는 단계; 를 포함하고:이로써 상기 표적생체분자와 상기 단일가닥핵산의 특이적 결합으로부터 상기 표적생체분자를 동정하고 상기 반응용액의 색상변화로부터 상기 표적생체분자를 정량하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단일가닥핵산 압타머와 금-나노입자를 이용한 생체분자 분석방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일가닥핵산/금-나노입자 복합체를 형성시키기에 앞서 형성되어 있는 상기 표적생체분자/단일가닥핵산 복합체를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단일가닥핵산 압타머와 금-나노입자를 이용한 생체분자 분석방법.
