Claims (16)
- 나노 크기의 합성 중합체와 자가 혈액젤을 포함하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 자가 혈액젤이 혈소판, 피브리노겐 및 트롬빈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 중합체가 폴리락트산, 폴리글라이콜산, 폴리(락틱-코-글라이콜산), 폴리(락틱-토-글라이콜산)-글루코스, 폴리오르토에스테르, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리디옥사논, 폴리아미노산, 폴리하이드록시부티르산, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리알킬카보네이트, 트리칼슘포스페이트, 바이오글라스 및 이들의 유도체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 중합체의 크기가 20 내지 400nm임을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 중합체가 나노섬유 또는 나노입자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 골세포를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 성장 인자를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성장 인자가 세포 부착 매개자(cell attachment mediator), 생물학적 활성 리간드, 인테그린 결합 시퀀스, 골 형성 단백질(bone morphogenic protein), EGF(epidermal growth factor), FGF(fibroblast growth factor), PDGF(platelet-derived growth factor), IGF-1, IGF-2, TGF-β 1 내지 3, VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor) 및 GDF(growth differential factor)중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 자가 혈액젤이 전체 조성물의 50 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물.
- a) 자가 혈액젤을 제조하는 단계; 및 b) 젤과 나노크기 중합체를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항의 골이식용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 혈액을 채취하여 얻은 혈장액 부피의 1/5로 트롬빈을 제조하고, 4/5로 피브리노겐을 제조하여 자가 혈액젤을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 자가 혈액젤이 혈소판, 피브리노겐 및 트롬빈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 자가 혈액젤을 전체 조성물의 50 중량%로 포함하도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 합성 중합체가 폴리락트산, 폴리글라이콜산, 폴리(락틱-코-글라이콜산), 폴리(락틱-코-글라이콜산)-글루코스, 폴리오르토에스테르, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리디옥사논, 폴리아미노산, 폴리하이드록시부티르산, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리알킬카보네이트, 트리칼슘포스페이트 및 바이오글라스 중에서 선택되거나 이들 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 골이식용 조성물의 제조방 법.
