- 스티로폼의 자동공급을 위하여 지상으로부터 호퍼의 상단 투입구까지 형성되는 컨베이어와;상기 호퍼의 하부에 설치되는 것으로 2개의 이송스크류로 이루어지되, 상기 이송스크류의 일정구간은 원통체의 비스크류부로 구성되며, 상기 비스크류부의 외면에는 가상적인 나선을 이루는 다수의 파쇄날이 결합되어 있어 스티로폼의 파쇄와 이송이 동시에 수행되는 파쇄수단과;상기 파쇄수단에 의해 분쇄된 스티로폼이 투입되며, 상기 스티로폼에 열을 가하여 용융되게 하는 가열수단과;용융 스티로폼이 공급되는 압출부와 연결되는 성형틀이 마련되며, 상기 성형틀의 입구측에는 상하 이동되어 용융 스티로폼의 흐름을 차단시키는 절단날이 설치되고, 상기 성형틀의 출구측에는 개폐동작되는 개폐문이 구비되는 성형수단과;상기 파쇄수단, 가열수단 그리고 성형수단에서 발생되는 유해가스의 배출구에 연결되어 유해가스를 포집하는 다수개의 후드와;내부에는 격막이 형성되고 벤츄리를 통해서 유해가스가 가속되어 상기 격막에 충돌되도록 하여 유해성분을 포집시키는 복수개의 포집챔버와;상기 포집챔버를 감싸며 냉각매체가 공급되어 상기 포집챔버를 냉각되게 하는 냉각챔버와;물이 저장되며 복수의 포집챔버 중 최종 포집챔버와 연결되어 유해가스를 물속으로 배출시킴으로써, 수용성 잔류 유해가스를 물에 의해 포집되게 하는 기포발생기;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 스티로폼 감용기.
