Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르계 기재필름의 적어도 한 면에,폴리에스테르계 우레탄 수지, 전도성 고분자, 방오제 및 슬립제가 혼합된 코팅조성물이 도포되어 형성된 코팅필름이 적층되어 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 대전방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅조성물은코팅조성물 고형분 전체를 기준으로 폴리에스테르계 우레탄 수지 20 ∼ 80 중량%, 전도성 고분자 5 ∼ 60 중량% 및 방오제 5 ∼ 60 중량%, 슬립제 0.1 ∼ 10 중량%를 함유하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 우레탄 수지는우레탄 성분과 에스테르 성분이 10 : 90 ∼ 40 : 60 중량비로 공중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리피롤, 폴리티오 펜, 폴리아닐린 및 이들의 유도체 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 방오제는 불소함유 알킬화합물, 불소함유 실란 커플링제 및 불소함유 규소화합물 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬립제는 올레핀계, 실리콘계, 불소계 및 불소함유 올레핀, 우레탄, 아크릴의 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅조성물이 도포되어 형성된 코팅필름의 두께는 0.02 ∼ 0.2 ㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 기재필름은폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트계 또는 폴리알킬렌나프탈레이트계인 것임을 특징 으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지 필름의 총 두께는 12 ∼ 300 ㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지 필름은 표면저항이 105 ∼ 1010 Ω/sq(500 V)이고, 수접촉각이 90 ∼ 105 °이며, 코팅층 도포 후 헤이즈 증가가 0.1 ∼ 1%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
