Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 스페클 제거 장치에 있어서,레이저 광을 생성하는 광원과;상기 레이저 광을 상호 직교하는 편광 모드들로 분할 및 결합해서 출력하기 위한 편광 분할 필터와;상기 광원과 상기 편광 분할 필터의 사이에 위치되며, 결합된 편광 모드들을 출력하는 상기 편광 분할 필터의 일면을 제외한 측면 둘레를 둘러싸도록 상기 편광 분할 필터와 일체로 성형된 제1 내지 제4 광학계로 이루어진 다각 미러를 포함하며;상기 제1 및 제2 광학계 각각은 상기 편광 분할 필터의 서로 다른 일 면에 접하고, 상기 제4 광학계는 상기 편광 분할 필터와 상기 제3 광학계의 사이에 위치되어 상기 제3 광학계로 입력된 레이저 광을 상기 편광 분할 필터로 출력하고, 상기 제1 광학계에서 반사된 편광 모드를 진동에 의해 위상 변조시켜서 상기 제2 광학계로 출력함을 특징으로 하는 스페클 제거 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제4 광학계는 일면이 상기 제1 및 제2 광학계와 상기 편광 분할 필터에 접하고, 상기 편광 분할 필터에 접하는 상기 제4 광학계의 일면에 반대의 일면은 상기 제3 광학계에 접하게 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 스페클 제거 장치.
- 삭제
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제4 광학계는 압전 소자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스페클 제거 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 편광 분할 필터는 다층 박막 구조의 편광 필터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스페클 제거 장치.
