Claims (5)
- 내통 내부에 수용되어 리바운드 행정과 콤프레션 행정으로 이동하는 피스톤로드의 일단에 피스톤 밸브가 연결되고, 상기 피스톤 밸브에 의해 상기 내통 내부가 리바운드 챔버와 콤프레션 챔버로 구획형성되고, 상기 내통 외측의 외통에는 리바운드 행정에서 오일을 콤프레션 챔버로 공급하고 콤프레션 행정에서 오일을 회수하는 레저버 챔버가 형성된 쇽업소버에 있어서,상기 외통의 하측에 설치되며, 선택적으로 개방되는 양방향 밸브들에 의해 상기 레저버 챔버와 양방향으로 통하는 고압 챔버를 구비한 고압 탱크와;상기 피스톤로드의 상하 이동에 의해 생긴 에너지를 이용해, 외부의 기체를 흡입하여 상기 고압 챔버로 펌핑하는 셀프 펌펑유닛을; 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 셀프 펌핑유닛은, 상기 피스톤로드에 연결되어 상기 피스톤로드와 함께 이동하는 펌핑로드와, 제 1 및 제 2 펌핑유로에 의해 대기 및 상기 고압 챔버에 각각 통해 있고 상기 펌핑로드의 후퇴 및 전진을 허용하도록 상기 고압 탱크의 내측에 제공되는 펌핑실과, 상기 펌핑로드의 후퇴 및 전진에 의해 상기 제 1 펌핑유로와 상기 제 2 펌핑유로를 순서대로 개방하여, 외부의 기체를 상기 펌핑실로 흡입하고 그 흡입된 기체를 상기 고압 챔버로 공급하도록 작용하는 제 1 및 제 2 체크밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 양방향 밸브들은 상기 피스톤로드의 리바운드 행정 및 콤프레션 행정에 따른 레저버 챔버 내의 압력변화에 따라 양방향 유로들 중 어느 하나를 개방시키도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 내통의 하단에는 상기 콤프레션 챔버와 상기 레저버 챔버를 연결하는 유로가 형성된 바디밸브가 설치되고, 상기 펌핑로드는 상기 피스톤로드와 동일 축선 상에 연결되어 상기 바디밸브와 상기 내통의 하단을 밀봉적으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 고압 챔버는 연결관을 통해 상기 레저버 챔버의 상부에 공기 유통된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
