- 약물과 카르복시산에 유리 황화기가 도입된 히알루론산을 수용액에 용해하는 단계; 상기 수용액을 유기용매에 첨가하여 W/O 역에멀젼을 형성하는 단계; 유리황화기를 이황화결합하여 자가가교시키는 단계를 포함하는 치료용 약물을 함유한 히 아루론산 나노젤의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 히알루론산의 분자량은 10,000~2×107의 범위인 히알루론산 나노젤의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 히알루론산의 유리 황화기의 치환율은 10~90%인 히알루론산 나노젤의 제조방법.
