Claims (8)
- 복수 광원부를 수용하기 위한 패키지 본체;상기 패키지 본체에 수용되고, 하나이상의 제1 LED 칩과 제1 형광체를 구비하여 제1 색온도의 백색광을 방출하는 제1 광원부;상기 패키지 본체에 수용되고, 하나이상의 제2 LED 칩과 제2 형광체를 구비하여 제2 색온도의 백색광을 방출하는 제2 광원부; 및상기 제1 및 상기 제2 색온도를 조절할 수 있도록 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 LED 칩 중 적어도 하나에 공급되는 전류를 가변하는 전류 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징을 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 상기 제2 LED 칩은 청색 LED이고, 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 형광체는 황색 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 상기 제2 LED 칩은 청색 LED 또는 자외선 LED이고, 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 형광체는 2종 이상의 형광체의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지 본체는,상기 제1 및 상기 제2 광원부를 수용하기 위한 제1 및 제2 반사컵을 각각 구비하여,상기 제1 및 상기 제2 반사컵 내에 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 광원부의 상기 제1 및 제2 LED 칩이 각각 실장되고 실장된 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 LED 칩을 봉지하는 수지 포장부 내에 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 형광체가 각각 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광원부의 상기 제1 색온도와 상기 제2 광원부의 상기 제2 색온도 간에 색온도 편차는 1000K 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 색온도 편차는 1000K 내지 20000K인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광원부는 2개 이상의 병렬 연결된 상기 제1 LED칩을 구비하고, 상기 제2 광원부는 2개 이상의 병렬 연결된 상기 제2 LED 칩을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형광체는,이트리움계 형광체, 알루미늄계 형광체, 가넷계 형광체, 질화물계 형광체, 베리렌계 유도체, 셀렌화 아연계 형광체 및 실리케이트계 형광체 중 하나의 형광체 또는 둘 이상의 형광체의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 LED 장치.
