Claims (8)
- 중량%로 Si:2.0~7.0%, 산가용성Al:0.015~0.035%, Mn:0.20% 이하(0을 포함하지 않음)를 함유하고 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 방향성 전기강판의 슬라브를 재가열하고, 열간압연한 후, 열연판소둔을 생략하거나 또는 행한 다음, 냉간압연하고 이어서 탈탄과 침질을 동시에 행하는 소둔을 행한 후, 2차 재결정 소둔을 실시하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 슬라브에는 슬라브 재가열 단계에서 AlN과 MnS가 생성되어 완전용체화될 수 있도록 N과 S를 0.003%이하(0을 포함하지 않음) 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동시 탈탄 질화 소둔은 암모니아와 수소 및 질소의 혼합가스 분위기를 조성하고 800~950℃의 온도에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 슬라브 재가열 온도는 1100~1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기 강판의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 열간압연 권취후 코일에서 N을 포함한 석출물량의 Mole fraction이 0.015% 이하(0을 포함하지 않음), S를 포함한 석출물량의 Mole fraction이 0.007% 이하(0을 포함하지 않음)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 2차 재결정 소둔의 개시온도는 상기 동시 탈탄 질화 소둔 온도를 제어하여 1차 재결정립 크기를 조절함으로써 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 1차 재결정립 크기는 20~32㎛ 범위내로 제어하고, 2차 재결정 개시온도는 1050~1150℃에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 동시 탈탄 질화 수둔 후의 1차 재결정립은 평균결정립크기/결정립크기의 표준편차가 1.2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
