- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층의 두께는 50nm 내지 1000nm의 범위에 속하며, 각각의 반사층(12,16)은 10nm 내지 150nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층은 무기 물질로 구성되며, 반사층은 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층은 금속 플루오르화물, 금속 산화물, 금속 황화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 탄화물, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 유전물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층은 천연 판상 물질, 합성 판상 물질, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층은 운모 회티탄석, 운모질 철 산화물, 코팅된 운모, 붕소 질화물, 붕소 탄화물, 탄소, 그라파이트, 유리, 알루미나, 실리콘 이산화물, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 프리플레이크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층은 탄소, 그라파이트, 실리콘, 금속 규소물, Ⅲ족, Ⅳ족 또는 Ⅴ족 원소의 집단으로 형성된 반도체성 화합물, 3차원 결정구조로 중심잡힌 몸체를 갖는 금속, 서멧 조성물 또는 서멧 화합물, 반도체성 유리, 이들의 조합물 등으로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반사층상에 광 코팅(18)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제99항에 있어서, 광 코팅은 유전물질, 흡수물질, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 물질로 구성되는 하나이상의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반사층상에 보호층(17,19)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제101항에 있어서, 보호층은 금속 플루오르화물, 금속 산화물, 금속 황화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 탄화물, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 유전물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제101항에 있어서, 보호층은 증기 및 가스 장벽 특성을 갖는 유기 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 지지층은 실질적으로 취성 물질로 구성되고, 적어도 하나의 반사층은 각각의 제1주면 및 제2주면상에 실질적으로 가단성 물질로 구성되며,지지층의 두께와 반사층의 두께의 비율은 가단성 반사층의 실질적 취성 특성을 유발하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제104항에 있어서, 지지층의 두께는 50nm 내지 150nm의 범위에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제104항에 있어서, 반사층의 두께는 10nm 내지 150nm의 범위에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제92항에 있어서, 제1주면 및 제2주면은 평행하고, 적어도 하나의 반사층(12,16)은 연속한 박막이며, 복합 반사성 플레이크는 80% 이상의 반사도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 제107항에 있어서, 지지층은 50nm 내지 150nm의 범위에 속하는 두께를 가지며, 반사층은 10nm 내지 150nm의 범위에 속하는 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 반사성 플레이크.
- 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료(20a,20b,30a,30b,30c,30d)에 있어서,실질적인 강성을 갖는 다수의 복합 반사성 플레이크(CRF)와,지지층의 제1주면 및 제2주면상에는 형성되지만 적어도 하나의 측면에는 형성되지 않는 반사층(12,16)과,각각의 복합 반사성 플레이크를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제1유전코팅(24,25)을 포함하며,각각의 복합 반사성 플레이크는 제1주면과 이에 대향하는 제2주면과 적어도 하나의 측면이 구비된 중앙 지지층(14)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 제1유전코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸고, 2nm 내지 80nm의 두께를 갖는 제1흡수코팅(26)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 지지층은 마그네슘 플루오르화물, 실리콘 일산화물, 실리콘 이산화물, 알루미늄 산화물, 티타늄 이산화물, 아연 황화물, 텅스텐 산화물, 알루미늄 질화물, 붕소 질화물, 텅스텐 탄화물 티타늄 탄화물, 티타늄 질화물, 실리콘 질화물, 유리 플레이크, 다이아몬트형 탄소 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 유전물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 제1유전코팅은 50nm 내지 800nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 복합 반사성 플레이크는 단축의 인장강도에 비해 적어도 6배의 단축 압축강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제110항에 있어서, 제1흡수코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제2유전코팅(34,35)과, 제2유전코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제2흡수코팅(36)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 제1유전코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제2유전코팅(44)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제115항에 있어서, 제2유전코팅(52)을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제3유전코팅(54,55)과, 제3유전코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제4유전코팅(56,57)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 지지층(14)은 50nm 내지 1000nm의 범위에 속하는 두께를 가지며, 각각의 반사층(12,16)은 10nm 내지 150nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제109항에 있어서, 각각의 복합 반사성 플레이크를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 필름 코팅(62,72)을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제118항에 있어서, 필름 코팅은 서멧물질(64)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제118항에 있어서, 필름 코팅은 자성 물질(66)로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 제118항에 있어서, 필름 코팅은 적외선 반사물질(68)로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료.
- 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,웨브 물질(11)의 상면상에 제1반사층(12)을 형성하는 단계와,제1반사층상에 중앙 지지층(14)을 형성하는 단계와,코어 플레이크 필름을 생산하기 위하여 중앙 지지층상에 제2반사층(16)을 형성하는 단계와,다수의 복합 반사성 플레이크를 생산하기 위하여 웨브물질로부터 코어 플레이크 필름을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료 제조방법.
- 제122항에 있어서, 복합 반사성 플레이크의 주위에 하나이상의 코팅층(62,72)을 형성하는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료 제조방법.
- 제123항에 있어서, 하나이상의 코팅층은 증착, 화학증착, 전기화학 침착, 졸-겔 가수분해, 스퍼터링, 열분해, 및 이들의 조합처리에서 선택된 하나의 처리에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고반사성 플레이크-기본형 안료 제조방법.
- 폴리머 매질과,폴리머 매질내 분산되고, 이러한 폴리머 매질주위에 형성되는 하나이상의 코팅층을 포함하는 다수의 복합 반사성 플레이크를 포함하며,각각의 복합 반사성 플레이크는 제1주면과 이에 대향하는 제2주면과 적어도 하나의 측면이 구비되는 중앙 지지층과, 지지층의 제1주면 및 제2주면에는 형성되지만 적어도 하나의 측면에는 형성되지 않는 반사층을 포함하며; 지지층은 50nm 내지 1000nm의 두께를 가지며, 각각의 반사층은 10nm 내지 150nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색제 조성물.
- 제125항에 있어서, 하나이상의 코팅층은 각각의 복합 반사성 플레이크를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 적어도 하나의 유전코팅과, 유전코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 적어도 하나의 흡수코팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색제 조성물.
- 제125항에 있어서, 하나이상의 코팅층은 각각의 복합 반사성 플레이크를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제1유전코팅과, 제1유전코팅을 실질적으로 둘러싸는 제2유전코팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색제 조성물.
