Claims (10)
- 반응이 1000mbar 미만의 압력하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 용매 매질속에서 상응하는 α-, β- 또는 γ-아미노산 또는 이의 염 중 하나와 포스겐, 디포스겐, 트리포스겐 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물과의 반응에 의한 N-카복실산 무수물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 960mbar 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 테트라하이드로푸란, 디옥산, 디클로로메탄, 톨루엔 및 에틸 아세테이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 에틸 아세테이트이고, 압력이 800 내지 960mbar의 범위내에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 포스겐을 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산의 라디칼이, 무수물 을 형성하는 아미노 그룹 및 산 그룹 이외의 반응성 그룹을 포함하는 경우 당해 반응성 그룹이 보호됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발 아미노산이 루신, 알라닌, N-(트리플루오로아세틸)리신, 글루탐산의 γ-벤질 에스테르 및 γ-메틸 에스테르, N-(1-에톡시카보닐-3-페닐프로필)알라닌 및 이의 염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산 염이 설페이트, 아세테이트, 톨루엔설포네이트 또는 메탄설포네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산 염이 하이드로할라이드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 0℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
