Description
Claims (9)
- 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 축선방향을 따라 착자된 마그넷을 구비한 로터와;내부에 수용공간이 형성되고 상기 회전축의 축선방향을 따라 상기 마그넷과 소정의 공극을 두고 배치되는 스테이터와;상기 스테이터의 수용공간의 내부에 배치되는 피시비를 포함하는 축방향 공극형 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스테이터는 상기 로터의 반경방향을 따라 적층된 스테이터를 포함하여 구성되는 축방향 공극형 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스테이터는, 나선형으로 적층되는 스테이터코어와, 상기 로터의 회전방향을 따라 이격되게 상기 스테이터코어의 일 면에 배치되는 스테이터코일을 포함하여 구성되는 축방향 공극형 모터.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 피시비의 판면방향을 따라 돌출되어 상기 스테이터코일 사이에 배치되어 상기 마그넷의 위치를 감지하는 마그넷감지부를 더 포함하는 축방향 공극형 모 터.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 피시비에는 상기 스테이터코일에 3상 교류 전류를 출력할 수 있도록 구동회로가 구비되며, 각 상에 대응되게 상기 마그넷의 위치를 검출할 수 있도록 각 상의 스테이터코일 사이에 배치되는 복수의 마그넷감지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 공극형 모터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 마그넷은 회전방향을 따라 서로 다른 자극부가 교번적으로 배치되고, 상기 각 자극부는 회전방향을 따라 중앙이 양 단에 비해 상기 스테이터측으로 돌출되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 공극형 모터.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 각 자극부는 호형상의 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 공극형 모터.

- 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 축선방향을 따라 착자된 마그넷을 구비한 로터와;내부에 수용공간이 형성되는 스테이터코어와, 상기 스테이터코어의 일 측에 배치되어 상기 마그넷과 상호 작용하게 자기력을 발생시키는 스테이터코일을 구비하여 상기 회전축의 축선방향을 따라 상기 마그넷과 소정의 공극을 두고 배치되는 스테이터와;상기 스테이터코일에 3상 교류 전류를 출력할 수 있도록 구동회로를 구비하여 상기 스테이터의 수용공간의 내부에 배치되는 피시비와;각 상에 대응되게 상기 마그넷의 위치를 검출할 수 있도록 각 상별로 배치되는 마그넷감지부를 포함하는 축방향 공극형 모터.
