Claims (6)
- 용매인 물 100 중량부, 325 내지 1000 메쉬의 견운모 분말 35 내지 45 중량부, 325 내지 1000 메쉬의 귀양석 분말 35 내지 45 중량부가 혼합 겔화되어 형성되는 제1 액상 겔;상기 제1 액상 겔에 상기 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 항균제 분말 5 내지 7 중량부, 제올라이트 분말 5 내지 7 중량부, 및 양파껍질 분말 5 내지 7 중량부가 혼합 겔화되어 형성되는 제2 액상 겔;상기 제2 액상 겔에 상기 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 은 나노 콜로이드 2 내지 4 중량부, 솔잎 추출물 2 내지 4 중량부, 및 증점제 2 내지 4 중량부가 혼합 겔화되어 형성되는 제3 액상 겔; 및상기 제3 액상 겔에 상기 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 금속산화물이 약산에 용해되어 졸 형태로 구성된 금속산화물 졸 5 중량부가 혼합 겔화되어 형성되는 제4 액상 겔을 포함하는 건축물 마감용 겔 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 솔잎 추출물은 솔잎을 분쇄하고 여과하여 회수되는 액상 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 마감용 겔 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증점제는 고구마 전분, 옥수수 전분으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 마감용 겔 조성물.
- 삭제
- 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 325 내지 1000 메쉬의 견운모 분말 35 내지 45 중량부, 325 내지 1000 메쉬의 귀양석 분말 35 내지 45 중량부를 혼합하여 천연광석물 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;상기 천연광석물 혼합물을 60 내지 70 분간 교반하여 제1 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 액상 겔에 상기 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 항균제 분말 5 내지 7 중량부, 제올라이트 분말 5 내지 7 중량부, 및 양파껍질 분말 5 내지 7 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 겔 조성물을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 겔 조성물을 30 내지 40 분간 교반하여 제2 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계;상기 제2 액상 겔에 상기 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 은 나노 콜로이드 2 내지 4 중량부, 솔잎 추출물 2 내지 4 중량부, 및 증점제 2 내지 4 중량부를 혼합하여 제2 겔 조성물을 형성하는 단계;상기 제2 겔 조성물을 30 내지 40 분간 교반하여 제3 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계;상기 제3 액상 겔에 상기 용매인 물 100 중량부를 기준으로 금속산화물 졸 5 중량부를 혼합하여 제3 겔 조성물을 형성하는 단계;상기 제3 겔 조성물을 60 내지 70 분간 교반하여 제4 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계;상기 제4 액상 겔을 상온으로 급랭하는 단계; 및상기 급랭된 액상 겔을 밀봉 포장하는 단계가 포함되는 건축물 마감용 겔 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계, 제2 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계, 제3 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계, 및 제4 액상 겔을 형성하는 단계는 65 내지 80 ℃에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 마감용 겔 조성물의 제조 방법.
