- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열을 갖는 플라스미드 pILR091.
- 제1항에 있어서, 락토바실러스 루테리 L09(Lactobacillus reuteri L09)(기탁번호:KACC 91266P)로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드 pILR091.
- 제1항의 플라스미드 pILR091에 프로모터, MCS(multiple cloning site) 및 선별 마커가 삽입된 클로닝 벡터.
- 제1항의 플라스미드 pILR091; 대장균의 복제 원점; 프로모터; MCS(multiple cloning site); 및 선별 마커를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 벡터 .
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프로모터는 CMV(cytomegalovirus) 프로모터, CaMV(Cauliflower Mosaic Virus) 35S 프로모터, rplL(recombinant porcine interleukin) 프로모터 및 ptsH(phosphotransferase system HPr(phosphocarrier protein)) 프로모터로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 벡터.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 선별 마커는 항생제 저항성 유전자, 발색 효소 유전자, 발광 유전자 및 형광 유전자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 벡터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 제1항의 플라스미드 pILR091과 대장균 유래 형질전환용 벡터를 연결하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 벡터.
- 제3항 또는 제4항의 벡터의 MCS 내에 목적 유전자가 삽입된 재조합 벡터.
- 제8항의 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 박테리아.
- 제8항의 재조합 벡터를 박테리아에 도입하는 것을 포함하는 형질전환 방법.
