Description
Claims (6)
- a) 조정 드라이브(1)에 의해 가해지는 작동력을, 특히 측정을 통해, 검출하는 단계와;b) 상기 작동력을 임계력과 비교하는 단계와;c) 상기 임계력을 초과하면 상기 조정 드라이브(1)의 모터 회전을 역회전시키는 단계를 포함하는 자동차의 조정 드라이브(1)의 작동 방법에 있어서,자동차가 주행하는 경우 상기 조정 드라이브(1)에 의해 커버되는 거리에 대하여 제1 스프링 레이트보다 높은 작동력의 급격한 변화를 억제시키는 제1 필터링 방법을 사용하여, 상기 작동력의 검출된 값이 비교 전에 필터링되고, 엔진이 정지된 상태로 자동차가 서 있는 경우 제1 스프링 레이트 보다 큰 제2 스프링 레이트 이상에서의 급격한 변화를 억제시키는 제 2 필터링 방법에 따라 필터링되거나 또는 전혀 필터링되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정 드라이브의 작동 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자동차의 엔진이 점화되면, 상기 검출값이 제 1 필터링 방법에 따라 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정 드라이브의 작동 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터링 방법에 따른 필터링 시에 20 N/mm 이상의 스프링 레이트를 가진 작동력 상승이 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정 드라이브의 작동 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 2 필터링 방법에 따른 필터링 시에 65 N/mm 이상의 스프링 레이트를 가진 작동력 상승이 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정 드라이브의 작동 방법.
- 조정 드라이브(1)에 의해 가해지는 작동력을 나타내는 신호의 제공을 위한 하나 이상의 센서(2), 상기 신호와 임계값을 비교하는 비교기(3) 및 상기 비교기(3)로부터 전송되는 신호를 기초로 상기 조정 드라이브(1)를 제어하는 제어 회로(5)를 포함하는 제 1 항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 조정 드라이브의 작동 장치에 있어서,상기 비교기(3)는 필터 장치(4)를 통해 상기 신호를 수신하고, 상기 필터 장치는 주행 중인 자동차의 경우에 제 1 방법에 따라 필터링하고, 엔진이 정지된 상태로 서 있는 자동차의 경우에는 제 2 방법에 따라 필터링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정 드라이브의 작동 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 장치(4)는 자동차의 엔진이 점화되었는지 아닌지 여부를 지시하는 제어 신호(I)용 입력부를 가지며, 상기 필터 장치(4)는 상기 제어 신호(I)의 상태에 따라 제 1 방법 또는 제 2 방법으로 필터링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정 드라이브의 작동 장치.
