Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 프레임과, 영구 자석을 갖는 자기 회로 조립체와, 진동판과 진동판의 외주 가장자리부에 부착된 보이스 코일을 갖는 진동판 조립체와, 외주 가장자리부가 상기 프레임에 부착되어 있는 에지를 구비하고, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부가, 상기 보이스 코일보다 내주측에서 상기 진동판에 결합되며, 상기 진동판의 외주 가장자리부와, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부가 일정한 공간을 통해 겹쳐지는 크로스오버부를 형성하여 이루어지는 스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 크로스오버부의 상기 진동판에 관통 구멍을 마련한 스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부가 결합되는 상기 진동판의 외주 가장자리부에 가이드를 마련한 스피커.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 가이드는, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부를 끼워서 결합하는 오목부 형상을 구비하는 스피커.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 가이드는, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부를 수용하는 수평한 오목부 형상을 구비하는 스피커.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 가이드는, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부를 수용하는 U자 홈 형상을 구비하는 스피커.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 가이드는, 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부를 수용하는 V자 홈 형상을 구비하는 스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 진동판을, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리에테르이미드(PEI), 또는 폴리아미드이미드(PAI)로 구성되는 고분자 필름 시트, 금속 시트, 직물 시트, 또는 종이 시트 중 어느 하나의 시트 재료에 의해 구성한 스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에지를, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리에테르이미드(PEI), 또는 폴리아미드이미드(PAI)로 구성되는 고분자 필름 시트, 금속 시트, 직물 시트, 또는 종이 시트 중 어느 하나의 시트 재료에 의해 구성한 스피커.

- 영구자석과 상부 플레이트와 요크를 적층하여 자기 회로 조립체를 제조하는 단계와, 진동판의 외주단에 보이스코일을 부착하여 진동판 조립체를 제조하는 단계와, 상기 진동판 조립체와 프레임을 위치 결정한 후, 상기 진동판의 외주 가장자리부와 에지의 내주 가장자리부의 사이에 크로스오버부를 형성하도록 상기 진동판과 상기 프레임에 상기 에지의 내주 가장자리부 및 외주 가장자리부를 각각 결합하는 단계와, 상기 자기 회로 조립체를 상기 프레임에 결합하는 단계를 구비한 스피커의 제조 방법.
