Claims (13)
- 고분자 필름, 및 상기 고분자 필름 상에 증착된 투명 도전층을 포함하고,상기 투명 도전층 상에 형성된 보호층을 더 포함하며,상기 보호층은 C, CNx, BNx, BxC 및 SiCx로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 주성분으로 하여 구성되는 것인 투명 도전성 필름.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 도전층은 Si, Ti, Sn, Nb, In, Mg, Ta 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 산화물, 질화물 또는 산질화물로 형성되는 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 두께가 0.5 내지 100 nm인 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 진공 증착법, 스퍼터링법, 이온 플레이팅법, 레이저 애블레이션법(laser abrasion process)에서 선택된 물리적 증착법에 의해, 또는 화학적 증착법에 의해 형성되는 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 이 보호층의 재료 자체를, 또는 알콜, 케톤, 톨루엔, 헥산과 같은 용제와 상기 보호층 재료를 포함하는 액상물을 투명 도전층에 코팅함으로써 형성되는 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 SiC 타겟을 스퍼터링하여 증착된 SiCx, SiCxOy, SiCxNz, 또는 SiCxOyNz 로 이루어지는 박막으로 구성되는 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 SiC 타겟은 밀도가 2.9 g/cm3 이상인 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 SiC 타겟은 SiC 분말과 비금속계 소결 조제와의 혼합물을 소결하여 얻어진 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층이 형성된 투명 도전성 필름의 한쪽 면의 표면 저항치가 300 내지 2000 Ω/Sq이고, 선형성의 값이 1.5% 이하인 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 도전층은 산화인듐과, 산화인듐과 산화주석의 복합물과, 산화인듐과 산화아연의 복합물 중 하나인 것인 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제1항에 청구된 투명 도전성 필름을 구비하는 터치 패널.
