Claims (1)
- 작업물이 고정된 지그와, 상기 작업물에 작업을 하는 작업툴이 설치되어 구성하되, 상기 지그와 상기 작업툴이 다축으로 움직여 위치를 제어하면서 작업을 하게 되는 항공기 동체 제작 장비가 구비되어, 상기 작업물 표면에 적절한 방향으로 작업툴을 위치하는 위치 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 작업을 할 작업물의 형상에 관한 형상 데이터와 상기 항공기 동체 제작 장비의 기구학적 정보를 입력하는 데이터 입력 단계(S1); 상기 입력된 데이터에서 표면 정보와 작업 위치 추출하는 작업 위치 추출 단계(S2); 상기 추출된 작업 위치에 대한 노말 벡터를 추출하는 노말 벡터 추출 단계(S3); 상기 입력된 항공기 동체 제작 장비의 기구하적 정보를 통해서 셋업 상태를 유지하고, 그 상태에서 노말 벡터와 유지하도록 하는 좌표를 추출하는 장비 위치 결정 단계(S4); 상기 추출된 좌표를 통해 씨엔씨 코드를 추출하는 변환 및 씨엔씨 코드 추출 단계(S5), 상기 추출한 씨엔씨 코드에 의해 항공기 동체 제작 장비를 움직여 작업물 표면에 작업툴을 원하는 위치에 위치하도록 하는 씨엔씨 코드에 따른 위치 제어 단계(S4)로 이루어지는 위치 제어 방법을 통해서,작업물과 작업툴의 위치를 제어하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 3차원 형상 정보를 활용한 항공기 동체 제작 장비의 다축 동시 제어방법.
