Claims (4)
- 4장의 강판으로 이루어지되, 테두리부를 접합하고 내측에 3층의 격리된 공간부가 형성되는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판에 있어서,제1층 공간부에는 산화제가스의 유동경로를 형성하는 공기극 유로(100)가 형성되고, 제2층 공간부에는 상기 공기극 유로(100)와 격리되어 연료가스의 유동경로를 형성하는 연료극 유로(300)가 형성되며, 상기 제1층 공간부와 제2층 공간부의 사이의 제3층 공간부에는 상기 연료가스를 개질하는 내부 개질유로(200)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 테두리부에는 상기 산화제가스가 유입되는 매니폴드(3)와 상기 산화제가스가 배출되는 매니폴드(4)와, 상기 연료가스가 유입되는 매니폴드(2)와, 상기 연료가스가 배출되는 매니폴드(1)와, 상기 내부 개질유로(200)와 상기 연료극 유로(300)가 분기되는 개질가스 교환 매니폴드(5)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 내부 개질유로(200)를 지난 개질연료가스는 상기 개질가스 교환 매니폴드(5)에서 유턴하여 상기 연료극 유로(300)로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부 개질유로(200)에는 상기 연료가스를 개질하는 촉매층이 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판.
