Claims (14)
- 고정측 궤도 부재, 회전측 궤도 부재 및 양 부재 사이에 배치된 전동체를 갖는 구름 베어링과, 구름 베어링에 설치된 센서 장치를 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛에 있어서,센서 장치는, 고정측 궤도 부재에 설치되어 회전측 궤도 부재의 편심에 의해 생기는 갭의 변화를 검출하는 자왜 센서와, 자왜 센서의 출력을 처리하는 처리 수단을 가지며,처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력 변화의 반복수로부터 회전측 궤도 부재의 회전 속도를 구하는 회전 검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자왜 센서는 MI 센서 또는 SI 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 갭은, 회전측 궤도 부재의 가공 및 조립 오차에 의해, 혹은 그 둘레면의 일부 또는 전부를 편심 원통면으로 가공하는 것에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전측 궤도 부재의 일부를 피검출면으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 고정측 궤도 부재, 회전측 궤도 부재 및 양 부재 사이에 배치된 전동체를 갖는 구름 베어링과, 구름 베어링에 설치된 센서 장치를 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛에 있어서,센서 장치는, 고정측 궤도 부재에 설치되어 회전측 궤도 부재와의 사이에 있는 갭을 검출하는 자왜 센서와, 자왜 센서의 출력을 처리하는 처리 수단을 가지며,처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력 변화의 반복수로부터 회전측 궤도 부재의 회전 속도를 구하는 회전 검출부를 포함하고,상기 처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력을 평균화하는 애버리징부와, 애버리징부에서 평균화된 출력으로부터 구름 베어링에 걸린 하중을 구하는 하중 연산부를 더 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 고정측 궤도 부재, 회전측 궤도 부재 및 양 부재 사이에 배치된 전동체를 갖는 구름 베어링과, 구름 베어링에 설치된 센서 장치를 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛에 있어서,센서 장치는, 고정측 궤도 부재에 설치되어 회전측 궤도 부재와의 사이에 있는 갭을 검출하는 자왜 센서와, 자왜 센서의 출력을 처리하는 처리 수단을 가지며,처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력 변화의 반복수로부터 회전측 궤도 부재의 회전 속도를 구하는 회전 검출부를 포함하고,상기 처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력을 평균화하는 애버리징부와, 애버리징부에서 평균화된 출력으로부터 구름 베어링에 걸린 하중을 구하는 하중 연산부를 더 포함하며,상기 고정측 궤도 부재는 차체에 고정되는 부착부를 갖는 외륜으로 되고, 상기 회전측 궤도 부재는 차륜이 부착되는 내축 및 내축의 외측에 끼워진 내륜으로 이루어지는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자왜 센서는 내축 단부에 설치되어 내륜의 빠짐을 방지하는 코오킹부의 외주면에 대향하도록 설치되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자왜 센서는 내륜의 외주면에 대향하도록 고정측 궤도 부재의 단부에 고정되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자왜 센서는 내축의 외주면에 대향하도록 고정측 궤도 부재에 고정되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 고정측 궤도 부재, 회전측 궤도 부재 및 양 부재 사이에 배치된 전동체를 갖는 구름 베어링과, 구름 베어링에 설치된 센서 장치를 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛에 있어서,센서 장치는, 고정측 궤도 부재에 설치되어 회전측 궤도 부재와의 사이에 있는 갭을 검출하는 자왜 센서와, 자왜 센서의 출력을 처리하는 처리 수단을 가지며,처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력 변화의 반복수로부터 회전측 궤도 부재의 회전 속도를 구하는 회전 검출부를 포함하고,상기 고정측 궤도 부재는 차체에 고정되는 부착부를 갖는 외륜으로 되고, 상기 회전측 궤도 부재는 차륜이 부착되는 내축 및 내축의 외측에 끼워진 내륜으로 이루어지고,상기 자왜 센서는 내축 단부에 설치되어 내륜의 빠짐을 방지하는 코오킹부의 외주면에 대향하도록 설치되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 고정측 궤도 부재, 회전측 궤도 부재 및 양 부재 사이에 배치된 전동체를 갖는 구름 베어링과, 구름 베어링에 설치된 센서 장치를 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛에 있어서,센서 장치는, 고정측 궤도 부재에 설치되어 회전측 궤도 부재와의 사이에 있는 갭을 검출하는 자왜 센서와, 자왜 센서의 출력을 처리하는 처리 수단을 가지며,처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력 변화의 반복수로부터 회전측 궤도 부재의 회전 속도를 구하는 회전 검출부를 포함하고,상기 고정측 궤도 부재는 차체에 고정되는 부착부를 갖는 외륜으로 되고, 상기 회전측 궤도 부재는 차륜이 부착되는 내축 및 내축의 외측에 끼워진 내륜으로 이루어지고,상기 자왜 센서는 내륜의 외주면에 대향하도록 고정측 궤도 부재의 단부에 고정되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 고정측 궤도 부재, 회전측 궤도 부재 및 양 부재 사이에 배치된 전동체를 갖는 구름 베어링과, 구름 베어링에 설치된 센서 장치를 포함하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛에 있어서,센서 장치는, 고정측 궤도 부재에 설치되어 회전측 궤도 부재와의 사이에 있는 갭을 검출하는 자왜 센서와, 자왜 센서의 출력을 처리하는 처리 수단을 가지며,처리 수단은, 자왜 센서의 출력 변화의 반복수로부터 회전측 궤도 부재의 회전 속도를 구하는 회전 검출부를 포함하고,상기 고정측 궤도 부재는 차체에 고정되는 부착부를 갖는 외륜으로 되고, 상기 회전측 궤도 부재는 차륜이 부착되는 내축 및 내축의 외측에 끼워진 내륜으로 이루어지고,상기 자왜 센서는 내축의 외주면에 대향하도록 고정측 궤도 부재에 고정되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 갭의 변화는 고정측 궤도 부재에 대한 회전측 궤도 부재의 편심에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자왜 센서는 수지에 매설되어 있고, 수지는 고정측 궤도 부재 또는 이 고정측 궤도 부재에 고정된 커버에 일체화되어 있는 것인 센서 부착 구름 베어링 유닛.
