Claims (5)
- 절연층;금속을 주성분으로 하고, 일방측의 표면이 거친 면으로 되고, 상기 거친 면의 산술 평균 높이의 5~50%의 평균 두께를 가짐과 아울러, 상기 절연층의 상기 일방측의 표면에 매립된 1개 이상의 저항소자; 및상기 절연층의 상기 일방측의 표면상에 형성되고, 상기 저항소자 각각의 단자부의 상기 일방측의 표면에서 상기 저항소자와 접속된 도체 패턴을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트 배선판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 거친 면의 산술 평균 높이는 0.5~5㎛의 산술 평균 높이인 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트 배선판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자의 주성분이 되는 금속은, 니켈, 코발트, 크롬, 인듐, 란탄, 리튬, 주석, 탄탈, 백금, 철, 팔라듐, 바나듐, 티타늄, 및 지르코늄으로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 1개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트 배선판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자는 그 총중량에 대해서 5~15%의 인을 함유하는 니켈합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트 배선판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자의 상기 일방측의 표면에는, 에칭 내성을 갖는 재료로 이루어지는 보호용 피막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트 배선판.
