Claims (5)
- 일정간격으로 다수의 요홈부가 형성된 두장의 금속판을 상기한 요홈부들이 서로 마주하여 열교환용 매체를 순환시킬 수 있는 다수의 순환통로가 형성되도록 맞대어 놓고 용접하여 형성된 열교환판과, 외부로부터 공급되는 열교환 매체를 상기 열교환판에 형성된 다수의 순환통로 각각으로 순환시키기 위하여 상기한 각 순환통로들과 연통하는 다수의 순환공이 형성된 상태로 상기 열교환판 양단에 용접되는 양측 순환용 헤더를 포함하여 구성된 열교환기에 있어서,상기 열교환판은 두장의 금속판 각각의 요홈부들 사이사이에 형성된 평탄부들이 서로 면접촉하도록 맛대어진 상태에서 심용접으로 접합되며, 상기한 각 순환통로를 흐르는 열교환용 매체의 순환압력이 상기 열교환판에 직접 작용되지 않도록 하면서 열교환 매체를 손환시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상기한 순환통로 각각에 보강파이프가 삽입되어 있되, 또한 상기한 보강파이프의 양단은 양측 순환용 헤더 각각에 형성된 다수의 순환공에 각각 끼워진 상태로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열교환판에 형성된 다수의 순환통로로 순환하게 되는 열교환용 매체를 지그재그상으로 순환되게 하기 위하여 상기 열교환판 양단에 용접되는 양측 순환용 헤더 각각은 상기한 다수의 순환통로들 중 하나 이상의 순환통로를 통해 열교환매체를 동시에 순환시킬 수 있도록 복수개로 분할 형성된 상태에서 용접에 의해 일직선상으로 결합되어지되, 복수개로 분할 형성된 각 분할헤더들 중에서 상부 분할헤더의 경우에는 그 상단이 상부 덮개판에 의해 밀폐되고 하부 분할헤더의 경우에는 그 하단이 하부 덮개판에 의하여 밀폐되며, 또 하나 이상의 중간 칸막이판에 의하여 상,하부 및 중간 분할헤더들이 서로간에 차단된 상태로 양측 순환용 헤더를 형성하도록 용접 연결되므로서 외부로부터 공급되는 열교환용 매체가 상기한 양측 순환용 헤더를 통해서 열교환판에 형성된 다수의 순환통로를 통해 지그재그상으로 순환되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
