- 가습된 연료와 반응하여 전기를 생성하는 연료전지 스택 내부에 연료와 응축수가 일정시간 체류되도록 밸브를 폐쇄시키는 단계와, 상기 단계 후 상기 응축수와 연료가 상기 연료전지 스택의 외부로 방출되도록 밸브를 개방시키는 단계가 주기적으로 실행되는 연료전지 시스템 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 밸브를 폐쇄시키는 단계와 개방시키는 단계는,상기 연료전지 스택의 셀 평균 전압이 일정 범위의 값 이하일 때 밸브를 개방하여 일정 개방시간(a)을 유지하고 일정 범위의 값 이상일 때 밸브를 폐쇄한 다음, 다시 밸브를 개방하는 시점을 한 주기(T)로 정의하여 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템 제어 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 일정 범위의 값은 최소 셀 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템 제어 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 일정 범위의 값은 수소 밴트 밸브 개방 직후 전압의 80%~99% 범위 전압값인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템 제어 방법.
- 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브의 개폐 주기(T)는 연료전지 시스템으로 전송되는 각각의 로드 전류 중 최대 로드 전류에서의 주기를 모든 로드 전류에 대해 동일한 값으로 설정하고, 밸브의 개방 시간(a)은 각각의 로드 전류에서의 주기(T)와 각각의 로드 전류에 따라 계산되는 듀티 레이트(T/a)로 환산하여 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템 제어방법.
- 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브의 개방 시간(a) 은 모든 로드 전류에 대해 동일한 소정 값으로 설정하고, 해당 로드 전류에서의 주기(T)는 각각의 로드 전류에서의 개방시간(a)과 각각의 로드 전류에 따라 계산되는 듀티 레이트(T/a)로 환산하여 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템 제어방법.
