Claims (18)
- 적외선 차폐재료 미립자를 매체 중에 분산시켜 이루어지는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체에 있어서,상기 적외선 차폐재료 미립자는, 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.45≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물 미립자, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M는, H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, I 중에서 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.2≤z/y≤3.0)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 및 이들 미립자의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 입자직경은, 1nm 이상 800nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 텅스텐 산화물 미립자, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 및 이들 미립자의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자가, 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.45≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 조성비의 마그네리상(Magneli phase)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식 MxWyOz로 표기되는 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가, 육방정 또는 정방정 또는 입방정의 결정구조를 갖는 미립자의 어느 1종류 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식 MxWyOz로 표기되는 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가, 육방정의 결정구조를 포함하거나, 또는 모두 육방정의 결정구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 M원소가, Cs, Rb, K, Tl, In, Ba, Li, Ca, Sr, Fe, Sn 중의 1종류 이상 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 표면이, Si, Ti, Zr, Al의 어느 1종류 이상의 원소를 함유하는 산화물로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 매체가, 수지 또는 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 수지가, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐리덴 수지, 폴리비닐알코올 수지, 폴리스틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 에틸렌초산비닐 공중합체, 폴리에스텔 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 불소 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지 중의 어느 1종류 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 적외선 차폐재료 미립자 분산체는, 판 형상 또는 필름 형상 또는 박막 형상으로 형성된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐체.
- 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.2≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물 미립자, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은, H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, I 중에서 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.2≤z/y≤3.0)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 및 이들 미립자의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자를 함유하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 출발 원료를, 환원성 가스 분위기 중 또는 불활성 가스 분위기 중에서 열처리하여, 상기 적외선 차폐재료 미립자를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 열처리는, 상기 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 출발 원료를, 환원성 가스 분위기 중에서 100℃ 이상 850℃ 이하에서 열처리하고, 이어서, 불활성 가스 분위기 중에서 650℃ 이상 1200℃ 이하의 온도에서 열처리하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 일반식 WyOz로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 출발 원료는,3산화 텅스텐 분말,2산화 텅스텐 분말,텅스텐 산화물의 수화물 분말,6염화 텅스텐 분말,텅스텐산암모늄 분말,6염화 텅스텐을 알코올 중에 용해시킨 후, 건조하여 얻어지는 텅스텐 산화물의 수화물 분말,6염화 텅스텐을 알코올 중에 용해시킨 후, 물을 첨가하여 침전을 생성시키고, 상기 침전을 건조하여 얻어지는 텅스텐 산화물의 수화물 분말,텅스텐산암모늄 수용액을 건조하여 얻어지는 텅스텐 화합물 분말, 및금속 텅스텐 분말, 로부터 선택되는 어느 1종류 이상의 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 일반식 MxWyOz로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자의 출발 원료는,3산화 텅스텐 분말,2산화 텅스텐 분말,텅스텐 산화물의 수화물 분말,6염화 텅스텐 분말,텅스텐산암모늄 분말,6염화 텅스텐을 알코올 중에 용해시킨 후, 건조하여 얻어지는 텅스텐 산화물의 수화물 분말,6염화 텅스텐을 알코올 중에 용해시킨 후, 물을 첨가하여 침전을 생성시키고, 상기 침전을 건조하여 얻어지는 텅스텐 산화물의 수화물 분말,텅스텐산암모늄 수용액을 건조하여 얻어지는 텅스텐 화합물 분말, 및금속 텅스텐 분말, 로부터 선택되는 어느 1종류 이상의 분말과, 상기 M원소를 함유하는 단체 또는 화합물의 분말을 혼합한 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 일반식 MxWyOz로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자의 출발 원료가,6염화 텅스텐의 알코올 용액 또는 텅스텐산암모늄 수용액과, 상기 M원소를 함유하는 화합물의 용액을 혼합한 후 건조시킨 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 일반식 MxWyOz로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자의 출발 원료 가,6염화 텅스텐을 알코올 중에 용해시킨 후, 물을 첨가하여 침전을 생성시킨 분산액과,상기 M원소를 함유하는 단체 또는 화합물의 분말, 또는, 상기 M원소를 함유하는 화합물의 용액을 혼합한 후 건조한 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 기재된 적외선 차폐재료 미립자의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.2≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물 미립자, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은, H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, I 중에서 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.2≤z/y≤3.0)로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 및 이들 미립자의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐재료 미립자.
