Claims (7)
- 권선부를 갖는 복수개의 고정자 코어들을 구비한 고정자와,회전축과 복수개의 회전자 코어를 구비하고, 상기 회전자 코어와 고정자 코어들 사이의 자기상호작용에 의해서 회전하는 회전자와,상기 회전자에 설치되는 제1 영구자석부와,상기 고정자에 설치되는 제2 영구자석부를 포함하며,상기 제1 영구자석부와 상기 제2 영구자석부가 상호 반발력을 나타내도록 자극이 배치되며, 제1 영구자석부와 제2 영구자석부 중 적어도 하나는 회전자와 고정자 사이의 공극 방향으로 갈수록 폭이 점점 좁아지는베어링리스 스텝모터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 회전축의 일단부를 상기 스텝모터의 하우징의 일면에서 회전가능하게 지지하기 위한 스러스트 베어링요소를 더 포함하는 베어링리스 스텝모터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스러스트 베어링요소는 뾰족한 회전축의 일단과, 상기 회전축의 일단에 점접촉되는 하우징의 오목면으로 이루어지는 베어링리스 스텝모터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 축방향 스러스트 베어링요소는 하우징의 일면에 설치된 전자기 코일이며, 상기 전자기 코일에 전류를 인가함에 따라 회전축이 하우징의 일면으로부터 일정 거리만큼 자기부양되는 베어링리스 스텝모터.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 권선부에 감겨 있는 코일 중 같은 상에 위치한 코일들은 서로 연결되어 있는 베어링리스 스텝모터.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 권선부에 감겨 있는 코일 중 같은 상에 위치한 코일들은 서로 단락되어 있는 베어링리스 스텝모터.
