Claims (9)
- 하우징(10)에 고정되는 고정스크롤(20)과 상기 하우징(10)의 내부에서 편심회전축(40)에 의해 선회되는 가동스크롤(30)을 포함하는 스크롤 압축기(100)에 있어서,상기 하우징(10)의 가동스크롤(30)과 접하는 면에 원형의 고정핀(55)이 방사형으로 다수 결합되고, 상기 고정핀(55)과의 결합을 위한 홀(152)이 각각 형성된 다수의 로터부시(151)가 상기 가동스크롤(30)의 일면에 형성된 안내홈에 수용되며, 상기 로터부시(151)의 고정핀(55)과 접하는 부위는 편심되고, 상기 안내홈과 로터부시(151)는 그 크기와 형상이 상호 대응되어 상기 가동스크롤(30)은 상기 로터부시(151)의 회전에 의해 선회되어 자전이 방지되되,상기 홀(152)은 길이방향의 횡단면을 기준하여 상기 고정핀(55)과 대응되는 형상을 갖으며 상기 로터부시(151)의 중심을 기준하여 편심된 위치에 형성되거나 상기 로터부시(151)의 중심을 기준하여 방사형으로 다수개 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
- 하우징(10)에 고정되는 고정스크롤(20)과 상기 하우징(10)의 내부에서 편심회전축(40)에 의해 선회되는 가동스크롤(30)을 포함하는 스크롤 압축기(100)에 있어서,상기 하우징(10)의 가동스크롤(30)과 접하는 면에 원형의 고정핀(55)이 방사형으로 다수 결합되고, 상기 고정핀(55)과의 결합을 위한 홀(52)이 각각 형성된 다수의 로터부시(51)가 상기 가동스크롤(30)의 일면에 형성된 안내홈에 수용되며, 상기 로터부시(51)의 고정핀(55)과 접하는 부위는 편심되고, 상기 안내홈과 로터부시(51)는 그 크기와 형상이 상호 대응되어 상기 가동스크롤(30)은 상기 로터부시(51)의 회전에 의해 선회되어 자전이 방지되되,상기 홀(52)은 일자형으로 형성되며 그 가로방향의 길이가 상기 고정핀(55)의 직경 보다 상대적으로 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀(55)은 길이방향의 횡단면을 기준하여 그 직경이 상기 홀(152)의 내경 보다 상대적으로 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 로터부시(51,151)는 자기 윤활성을 갖는 재질을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 로터부시(51,151)의 자기 윤활성을 갖는 재질은 테프론 인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 로터부시(51,151)는 록크웰 경도(HRC) 50 이상의 스틸을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 스틸은 베어링강 인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 자전방지를 위한 구조.
