Claims (8)
- 유지와 알코올을 기재로 하고 1,3-위치 선택성 리파아제 및 무위치 선택성 리파아제를 동시 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오디젤을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-위치 선택성 리파아제가 리조포스 오라이제(Rhizopus oryzae)유래 리파제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무위치 선택성 리파아제가 켄디다 루고사(Candida rugosa) 유래 리파제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 1,3-위치 선택성 리파아제와 무위치 선택성 리파아제를 중량비를 기준하여 1 : 5 내지 5 : 1 비율로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리파제가 고정화된 리파제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 유지가 천연유지, 가공유지 및 폐유지 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알코올이 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올 및 부탄올 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 40 ℃ 내지 50 ℃에서 반응되는 방법.
