Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- a) 함침면과 반대쪽 면을 가진 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질; 및b) 상기 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 함침면으로부터 반대쪽 면을 향해 부분 함침된 첨가제를 포함하는 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질로서, 상기 첨가제가 상기 함침면을 피복하고 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 두께를 여러가지 침투 깊이로 침투함으로써 반대쪽 면이 상기 첨가제로 피복된 표면 영역과 상기 첨가제로 피복되지 않은 표면 영역을 갖게 되어 형성되는, 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질에 대한 접착제 접합능을 나타내는 반대쪽 면을 갖는 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질이 40 g/m2 내지 800 g/m2의 평량을 갖는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질이 50 g/m2 내지 600 g/m2의 평량을 갖는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질이 60 g/m2 내지 400 g/m2의 평량을 갖는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가제가 보강제인, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 보강제가 리그노설포네이트, 크래프트 리그닌, 오가노솔브 리그닌, 화학적 변형 리그닌 유도체, 나트륨 실리케이트, 전분, 자일란, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 비닐 중합체, 아크릴 중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가제가 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 함침에 앞서서 첨가제 용액으로 되는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 첨가제 용액이 물, 아세톤, 에탄올, 메탄올, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 용매를 사용하여 형성되는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 압축강도를 증가시키는, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가제의 평균 침투 깊이가 상기 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 두께의 75% 이상인, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 반대쪽 면의 첨가제 피복면적이 0 내지 60%인, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 반대쪽 면의 첨가제 피복면적이 2 내지 50%인, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 반대쪽 면의 첨가제 피복면적이 4 내지 40% 범위인, 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질.
- a) 함침면과 반대쪽 면을 가진 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질;b) 상기 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 함침면으로부터 반대쪽 면을 향해 부분 함침된 첨가제로서, 상기 첨가제가 상기 함침면을 피복하고 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 두께를 여러가지 침투 깊이로 침투하여 반대쪽 면이 상기 첨가제로 피복된 표면 영역과 상기 첨가제로 피복되지 않은 표면 영역을 가짐으로써, 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질에 대한 접착제 접합능을 나타내는 반대쪽 면을 갖는 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질을 형성하는 첨가제; 및c) 부분적으로 함침된 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 반대쪽 면에 접착제로 접합된 골심(fluted medium)을 포함하는 싱글페이스 골판지.
- a) 함침면과 반대쪽 면을 가진 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질;b) 상기 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 함침면으로부터 반대쪽 면을 향해 부분 함침된 첨가제로서, 상기 첨가제가 상기 함침면을 피복하고 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 두께를 여러가지 침투 깊이로 침투하여 반대쪽 면이 상기 첨가제로 피복된 표면 영역과 상기 첨가제로 피복되지 않은 표면 영역을 가짐으로써, 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질에 대한 접착제 접합능을 나타내는 반대쪽 면을 갖는 부분적으로 함침된 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질을 형성하는 첨가제;c) 함침면과 반대쪽 면을 가진 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질;d) 상기 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 함침면으로부터 반대쪽 면을 향해 부분 함침된 첨가제로서, 상기 첨가제가 상기 함침면을 피복하고 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 두께를 여러가지 침투 깊이로 침투하여 반대쪽 면이 상기 첨가제로 피복된 표면 영역과 상기 첨가제로 피복되지 않은 표면 영역을 가짐으로써, 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질에 대한 접착제 접합능을 나타내는 반대쪽 면을 갖는 부분적으로 함침된 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질을 형성하는 첨가제; 및e) 상기 부분적으로 함침된 제 1 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 반대쪽 면과 상기 부분적으로 함침된 제 2 리그노셀룰로스성 물질의 반대쪽 면 사이에 접착제 접합된 골심을 포함하는 싱글월 골판지.
