Claims (13)
- 조관과정을 통하여 형성된 강관을 예열하는 예열장치;상기 예열된 강관의 온도를 소정온도 이상으로 유지시키고, 환원분위기를 제공하는 전처리장치;알루미늄과 아연의 합금을 용융시키는 가열원으로서 제공되는 히터와, 상기 강관이 통과하는 경로에 상기 용융된 합금이 상기 강관의 표면에 도금되도록 배치된 도금부가 구비되고 내부에 상기 용융된 합금이 저장되는 포트를 포함하는 도금장치; 및상기 도금된 강관의 외면에 합성수지를 도금하는 수지도금장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 강관의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강관이 통과하는 경로는 실질적으로 수직으로 배치되고, 상기 수직방향의 상단 및 하단에는 각각 상기 강관의 이동을 안내하는 상부 및 하부 가이드롤러가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 도금부의 상측에 배치되어, 상기 강관에 도금되는 합금의 두께를 조절하도록 가스를 분사하는 상부 노즐장치를 더 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용융된 합금의 레벨을 조절하도록 상기 용융된 합금 속으로 선택적으로 삽입되는 레벨 블록을 더 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전처리장치는표면이 보온처리되고, 내부를 따라서 상기 강관이 관통하도록 배치된 적어도 하나 이상의 튜브;상기 튜브에 장착되어 열을 발생시키는 세라믹 히터; 및상기 튜브 내부로 질소 및 수소의 혼합가스를 주입시키는 가스주입장치를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합금은 55중량%의 알루미늄과 43.4~44.9중량%의 아연을 포함하여 이루어지는 내식성 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조장치.
- 조관과정을 통하여 형성된 강관을 예열하는 제1단계;상기 예열된 강관의 온도를 소정온도 이상으로 유지시키고, 환원분위기를 제공하는 제2단계;55중량%의 알루미늄과 43.4~44.9중량%의 아연을 포함하여 이루어지는 내식성 합금을 용융시키고, 상기 용융된 합금을 상기 강관의 표면에 도금하는 제3단계;상기 강관을 냉각시키는 제4단계; 및상기 강관의 표면에 수지를 코팅하는 제5단계를 포함하여 수행되는 강관의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제2단계에서의 환원분위기 조성은 수소 및 질소의 혼합가스를 상기 강관의 주위에 투입함으로써 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제3단계에서 상기 강관은 상기 용융된 합금이 저장된 포트를 수직 상방으로 통과되면서 도금되고, 상기 포트를 통과된 강관의 표면에 도금된 합금의 두께를 조절하기 위하여 상기 강관을 향하여 가스가 분사됨을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 4 단계는상기 도금된 강관에 공기를 송풍하는 단계; 및냉각수를 사용하여 상기 강관을 켄칭하는 단계를 포함하여 수행됨을 특징으 로 하는 강관의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제5단계의 전처리 과정으로서 3가 크로메이팅 공정이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제5단계에서 무색의 나노 수지가 상기 강관의 표면에 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조방법.
