Claims (5)
- 지지판(10), 커터날(20) 및 홀가공핀(30)이 일체형으로 형성된 피나클(pinnacle) 금형(100)에 있어서, 상기 금형은 원지(200)의 스크랩(scrape)(202)이 배출될 수 있도록 홀가공핀(30)의 내부에 스크랩배출구(32)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 스크랩배출구(32)에서 배출되는 스크랩(202)이 수집될 수 있도록 홀가공핀(30)에 스크랩 수집공간부(40)가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 수집공간부 장착용 피나클 금형의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스크랩 수집공간부(40)는 홀가공핀(30)의 스크랩배출구(32)에서 배출되는 원지(200)의 스크랩(202)이 모아질 수 있도록 상부에 합성수지 필름(50)이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 수집공간부 장착용 피나클 금형의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스크랩 수집공간부(40)는 홀가공핀(30)의 핀날 가장자리를 지지하도록 핀지지대(42, 42')가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 수집공간부 장착용 피나클 금형의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스크랩 수집공간부(40)는 2개 이상의 공간부가 일체형으로 형성된 상태로 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 수집공간부 장착용 피나클 금형의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금형은 커터날(20)과 홀가공핀(30)이 지지판(10)에 일체형으로 형성된 피나클 금형(100); 상기 피나클 금형(100)의 상부에 장착된 철판(60); 상기 철판(60)의 상부에 장착된 스크랩 수집목판(70); 상기 목판(70)의 상부에 부착된 합성수지 필름(50)이 적층된 상태로 다수개의 고정핀(80, 80')을 사용하여 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 수집공간부 장착용 피나클 금형의 구조.
