Abstract

본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조 및 그 방법은, 먼저 메인 피씨비 위에 에프피씨비를 배치하고, 상기 에프피씨비가 배치된 메인 피씨비 위에 인테나를 설치하면, 상기 인테나가 설치됨과 동시에 상기 인테나와 에프피씨비 사이에 위치된 푸쉬가 상기 에프피씨비를 눌러 고정시킬 수 있기 때문에 전체 조립공정수가 감소될 뿐만 아니라 상기 에프피씨비 고정과정이 간소해진다.

이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조 및 그 방법{FBCB's Mounting Structure of Mobile communication terminal and the method for the same}
도 1은 여러 타입의 이동통신 단말기 중 폴더 타입의 이동통신 단말기를 나타낸 도면,
도 2는 종래 기술에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조가 도시된 사시도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조가 도시된 사시도이다.
<도면의 주요 부분에 관한 부호의 설명>
50 : 바디 60 : 메인 피씨비
70 : 인테나 80 : 에프피씨비
90 : 에프피씨비 푸쉬
본 발명은 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 인테나 설치시 상기 인테나에 구비된 푸쉬에 의해 에프피씨비가 메인 피씨비에 그라운드될 수 있는 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 이동통신 단말기는 간편히 휴대할 수 있는 구조로 구비되어 통신 및 동영상, 게임, 카메라, MP3 등의 다양한 기능을 구현할 수 있는 장치이다.
상기한 바와 같은 이동통신 단말기는 구조에 따라 바(Bar) 타입, 폴더(Floder) 타입, 슬라이드(Slide) 타입 등이 있다.
도 1은 여러 타입의 이동통신 단말기 중 폴더 타입의 이동통신 단말기를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2는 종래 기술에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조가 도시된 사시도이다.
도 1,2에 도시된 폴더 타입의 이동통신 단말기는 바디(2)와, 상기 바디(2)에 접힘/펼침 가능하도록 연결되어 엘씨디 등의 디스플레이(10)와 수화부(12)가 구비된 폴더(4)로 이루어진다.
상기 바디(2)는 숫자 키와 통화 키 등의 각종 기능 키의 조작을 가이드하는 키 패드(20)와, 송화부(22)와, 전파를 송수신하는 안테나(24)와, 이동통신 단말기의 전자 제어가 이루어지는 메인 피씨비(Main Printed Circuit Board)(26)등이 구비되고, 전원 공급을 위해 배터리(28)가 설치된다.
상기 안테나(24)는 외장형, 내장형 모두 구현 가능하며, 내장형인 경우 외장형과 구별될 수 있도록 인테나(Intenna)라고도 하며 상기 메인 피씨비(26)의 후면 상부에 설치된다.
상기 메인 피씨비(26)에는 상기 키 패드(20)를 통해 조작되는 키의 입력수단으로서 전면에 구비된 키 스위치를 포함하여 이동통신 단말기의 전자 제어에 필요한 각종 전장부품들이 설치된다.
한편, 상기 메인 피씨비(26)는 상기 폴더(4)의 디스플레이(10) 등과 연성 회로인 에프피씨비(Flexible Printed Circuit Board, FBCB)(30)를 통해 전기적으로 연결된다.
상기 에프피씨비(30)는 상기 메인 피씨비(26)에 끼워질 수 있는 별도의 클립 또는 커넥터에 납땜되거나, 상기 메인 피씨비(26)에 직접 납땜됨으로써, 상기 메인 피씨비(26)에 고정되어 그라운드된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 이동통신 단말기는, 사용자가 상기 폴더(4)를 오픈시킨 상태에서 통화하거나 인스턴트 메시지를 보내고, 상기 디스플레이(10)를 보면서 사진 촬영, 게임, 동영상 시청 등을 한다.
그러나, 상기한 바와 같은 종래 기술에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조는, 상기 에프피씨비(30)가 상기 메인 피씨비(26)에 직접 납땜되는 경우 상기 에프피씨비(30)가 납땜될 수 있는 부위가 매우 협소하여 정밀 작업이 요구되 어 생산성이 좋지 않을 뿐만 아니라 비용이 증가되고, 불량률이 높은 문제점이 있다.
또는, 상기 에프피씨비(30)가 별도의 클립 또는 커넥터를 통해 상기 메인 피씨비(26)에 고정되는 경우, 부품 및 조립공정수가 늘어나 비용이 상승될 뿐만 아니라 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 에프피씨비를 저렴한 비용으로 간소하게 메인 피씨비에 고정하여 그라운드시킬 수 있는 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조는, 바디의 내부에 구비된 메인 피씨비와; 상기 메인 피씨비에 설치되어 전파를 송수신하는 인테나와; 일부가 상기 인테나와 메인 피씨비 사이에 위치되는 에프피씨비와; 상기 에프피씨비가 상기 메인 피씨비에 그라운드될 수 있도록, 상기 인테나 설치시 상기 에프피씨비를 눌러 고정시키는 에프피씨비 푸쉬를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬는 상기 인테나에서 상기 에프피씨비를 향해 돌출된 리브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정방법은 메인 피씨비의 일면에 에프피씨비를 배치하는 제1단계와; 상기 메인 피씨비의 일면에 인테나를 설치하여, 상기 인테나에 일체로 형성된 리브가 상기 에프피씨비를 눌러서 상기 메인 피씨비에 그라운드되게 하는 제2단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조가 도시된 사시도이다.
본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조는, 바디(50)의 내부에 구비된 메인 피씨비(60)와, 상기 메인 피씨비(60)의 후면 상부에 설치되어 전파를 송수신하는 내장형 안테나인 인테나(70)와, 일부가 상기 인테나(70)와 메인 피씨비(60) 사이에 위치되는 연성회로인 에프피씨비(80)와, 상기 에프피씨비(80)가 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 그라운드될 수 있도록 상기 인테나(70) 설치시 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 눌러 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 고정시키는 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)(Push)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 인테나(70)는 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 스크류(72) 체결을 통해 고정될 수 있도록, 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 접촉된 부위 중 일부에 스크류 홀을 갖는 보스(71)가 구비된다. 물론, 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에는 상기 인테나(70)의 스크류 홀과 합치될 수 있는 스크류 홈이 형성된다.
그리고, 상기 인테나(70)는 상기 에프피씨비(80) 일부가 상기 인테나(70)와 메인 피씨비(60) 사이에 배치될 수 있도록, 상기 에프피씨비(80)와 대응되는 부위(70')가 상기 메인 피씨비(60)와 접촉되지 않는 형상으로 형성된다.
상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)는 상기 인테나(70)가 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 설치될 때, 상기 인테나(70)쪽에서 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 상기 메인 피씨비(60)를 향해 눌러줄 수 있도록 상기 인테나(70)와 에프피씨비(80) 사이에 위치된다.
특히, 상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)는 상기 인테나(70)와 일체로 구비될 수 있도록, 상기 메인 피씨비(60)와 접촉되지 않는 상기 인테나(70)의 일부위에서 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 향해 일정 길이 돌출된 리브 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
이 때 상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)는 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 견실히 그라운드시킴과 아울러, 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 누를 때 상기 에프피씨비(80)가 파손되지 않도록, 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 적정 힘으로 누를 수 있는 형상으로 최적 설계됨은 물론이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비(80) 고정과정을 살펴보면, 다음과 같다.
먼저, 메인 피씨비(60)의 후면 위에 에프피씨비(80)를 제위치에 배치한다. 물론, 이 때 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 납땜할 필요는 없다.
그리고, 상기 에프피씨비(80)가 배치된 메인 피씨비(60)의 후면 상부에 상기 인테나(70)를 올려놓는다. 이 때 상기 인테나(70)의 스크류 홀과 메인 피씨비(60) 의 스크류 홈이 상하 일치되는 것은 물론이고, 상기 인테나(70)와 일체로 구비된 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)가 상기 메인 피씨비(60) 후면 위에 배치된 에프피씨비(80) 일측 위에 살짝 올려진다.
이와 같은 상태에서, 상기 인테나(70)의 스크류 홀과 메인 피씨비(60)의 스크류 홈에 스크류(72)를 체결하면, 상기 인테나(70)가 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 견실하게 고정된다.
동시에, 상기 인테나(70)가 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 스크류 체결됨에 따라 상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)가 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 상기 메인 피씨비(60)쪽으로 눌러주기 때문에 상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬(90)가 상기 에프피씨비(80)를 누르는 힘에 의해 상기 에프피씨비(80)가 상기 메인 피씨비(60)에 압착 고정되어 그라운드된다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조 및 그 방법은, 먼저 메인 피씨비 위에 에프피씨비를 배치하고, 상기 에프피씨비가 배치된 메인 피씨비 위에 인테나를 설치하면, 상기 인테나가 설치됨과 동시에 상기 인테나와 에프피씨비 사이에 위치된 에프피씨비 푸쉬가 상기 에프피씨비를 눌러 고정시킬 수 있기 때문에 전체 조립공정수가 감소될 뿐만 아니라 상기 에프피씨비 고정과정이 간소해져서 생산성이 향상될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 비용이 절감될 수 있는 이점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조 및 그 방법 은, 상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬가 상기 인테나와 일체로 구비됨으로써, 생산성 향상 및 비용 절감효과가 더욱 커질 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 바디의 내부에 구비된 메인 피씨비와; 상기 메인 피씨비에 설치되어 전파를 송수신하는 인테나와; 일부가 상기 인테나와 메인 피씨비 사이에 위치되는 에프피씨비와; 상기 에프피씨비가 상기 메인 피씨비에 그라운드될 수 있도록, 상기 인테나 설치시 상기 에프피씨비를 눌러 고정시키는 에프피씨비 푸쉬를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 에프피씨비 푸쉬는 상기 인테나에서 상기 에프피씨비를 향해 돌출된 리브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정구조.
  3. 메인 피씨비의 일면에 에프피씨비를 배치하는 제1단계와;
    상기 메인 피씨비의 일면에 인테나를 설치하여, 상기 인테나에 일체로 형성된 리브가 상기 에프피씨비를 눌러서 상기 메인 피씨비에 그라운드되게 하는 제2단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 에프피씨비 고정방법.
