Claims (7)
- C13-NMR법에 의한 아이소택틱 펜타드분율이 96% 이상인 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지 35~92중량%, 고무성분 1~30중량%, 무기충전제 5~35중량% 및 알루미노실록산 마스터배치 1~10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치 특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융지수가 8∼60g/10min이고, 호모폴리프로필렌, α-올레핀과 프로필렌과의 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무성분은 무정형 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 및 스티렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기충전제는 평균 입자 크기 3~6㎛의 탈크인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미노실록산 마스터배치는 알루미노실록산과 폴리 프로필렌을 중량비로 3:7~7:3의 비율로 혼합하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 1~10중량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착색제 마스터배치를 1~10중량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
