Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 알칼리 토금속 화합물 8 ∼ 49 중량%, 갈륨 화합물 49 ∼ 78 중량% 및 활성제 금속 화합물 0.055 ∼ 32 중량%를 혼합하여 금속 혼합 수용액을 제조하는 1 단계;pH 6 ∼ 11 범위하에서, 상기 금속 혼합 수용액에 황화암모늄((NH4)2S) 및 황화나트륨(Na2S) 중에서 선택된 침전제를 이용하여 공침한 후, 여과 건조하여 티오갈레이트계 형광체 전구체를 제조하는 2 단계; 및상기 티오갈레이트계 형광체 전구체를 질소와 수소의 혼합 가스 분위기 하에서 600 ∼ 950 ℃ 온도범위로 열처리하는 3 단계를포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아래 화학식 1로 표시되는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법 :[화학식 1]AGa2S4 : D상기 화학식 1에서, A는 Ca, Sr 및 Ba 중에서 선택된 알칼리 토금속이고, D는 Eu 또는 Ce의 활성제를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토금속은 칼슘(Ca), 스트론튬(Sr) 및 바륨(Ba) 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 활성제 금속은 유로피움(Eu) 또는 세륨(Ce)인 것을 특징으로 하는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 수용액은 증류수 단독 또는 증류수에 에틸알코올, 프로필알코올 및 아세톤 중에서 선택된 화합물이 50 ∼ 90 중량% 혼합된 용매를 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침전제는 알칼리 토금속, 갈륨 및 활성제 금속으로 이루어진 혼합 금속 1 몰에 대하여 1 ∼ 3 몰비로 공침하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 질소와 수소는 60 ∼ 95 : 5 ∼ 40 부피비로 혼합사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 3단계 열처리 시 황(S)을 티오갈레이트계 형광체 전구체에 대하여 50 ∼ 150 중량%를 추가로 혼합 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티오갈레이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
