Description
Claims (16)
- 세정될 유체가 여과 작업 중에 가압된 세정 유체를 사용하여 필터 소자를 통해 흐르게 되며, 압력 라인에서 나오는 세정 유체를 위한 유동 안내면을 갖는 분배 장치(30)가 제공되며, 세정될 전체 필터면의 영역에서 세정 유체의 실질적으로 균일한 압력 분포가 상기 분배 장치에 의해 촉진되고, 필터 소자(100)의 실질적으로 원통형 맨틀 형상인 필터면(106)을 세정하기 위한 장치와 필터 소자를 포함하는 장치에 있어서,유동 안내면이 필터면에 대해 동축 방향으로 연장되고 또 절두원추형 맨틀형상(mantle-shaped)이고 그리고 필터 소자의 축방향 단부에 배치된 배출구(102)에서 시작하여 필터 소자(100)의 축방향 길이 L 의 20 내지 70% 범위에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분배 장치는 여과 작업 중에 세정된 유체용 배출구를 형성하는 필터 소자의 개구로 삽입가능한 분배 소자(30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 분배 소자(30)는 배출구(102)로부터 시작하여 필터 소자(100)의 축방향 길이 L 의 20 내지 50% 범위에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,배출구(102)로부터 이격된 단부에서의 분배 소자(30)의 직경 d 는 필터 소자(100)의 내경 D 의 40 내지 95%에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,분배 소자(30)의 치수를 필터 소자(100)의 치수에 대해 조정하여서, 여과 작업 중에 필터면(106)을 통과하여 흐르고 필터 소자(100)의 배출구(102)로 삽입된 분배 소자(30)를 통해 배출되는 분배 소자(30) 내의 유체의 유속과, 분배 소자(30)를 둘러싸는 필터의 외측면(106)의 축방향 영역을 통해 흐르는 분배 소자(30)의 외측에서의 유체 유속의 비가 0.4 내지 2.5의 범위가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,분배 장치는 다수의 배출구를 갖는 가압된 세정 유체용 배출 소자를 포함하며, 공급 라인에 의해 공급된 세정 유체가 상기 배출구를 통해 필터면을 세정하기 위해 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,배출 소자는 세정 유체를 필터 소자의 내측으로 방출하도록 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,다수의 필터 소자가 동시에 세정될 수 있는 세정 유체용 라인 시스템을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 라인 시스템은 각각 필터면을 세정하기 위해 세정 유체를 방출하는 두 개 이상의 배출 소자와 연계되며, 먼저 라인 시스템을 경유하여 공급된 세정 유체가 통과하는 상기 배출 소자는 하류측에 배치된 배출 소자보다 많은 개수의 배출구를 갖는 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,필터면을 세정하기 위한 세정 유체는 개개의 압력 펄스, 양호하게는 가스 압력 펄스, 특히 압축 공기 펄스 형태로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 라인 시스템은 압력 펄스를 생성하기 위한 밸브 장치를 포함하며, 개개의 배출 소자는 밸브 장치의 유출측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,세정 유체를 방출하도록 구성된 하나 이상의 노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
