Description
Claims (9)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 n은 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물.
- 제1항의 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물로 이루어진 양이온성 계면활성제.
- (a) 제1항의 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물로 이루어진 양이온성 계면활성제; 및(b) 제1항의 화학식 1과 동일하게 표시되되, R2와 R3가 서로 동일한 알킬기 또는 알케닐기인 대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물로 이루어진 양이온성 계면활성제를 함유하고,상기 (a)/(b)의 함량비가 중량비로 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 계면활성제 조성물.
- (S1) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 메틸아미노알킬에탄올아민에 탄소수가 7 내지 22인 직쇄상 또는 분지상의 제1 지방산을 반응시키는 단계;<화학식 2>상기 화학식 2에서, n은 2 내지 5의 정수임,(S2) 상기 (S1)의 반응 결과물에 탄소수가 7 내지 22인 직쇄상 또는 분지상의 지방산으로서, 상기 제1 지방산의 탄소수와 2이상 차이가 나는 제2 지방산을 반응시켜 에스테르아미드형 3급아민을 합성하는 단계; 및(S3) 상기 에스테르아미드형 3급아민을 알킬할라이드, 디메틸설페이트 및 염산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 지방산 및 제2 지방산의 투입량은 각각 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 메틸아미노알킬에탄올아민 대비 0.5 내지 1.2몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 지방산 및 제2 지방산의 투입 총량은 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 메틸아미노알킬에탄올아민 대비 1.5 내지 2몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물의 제조방법.
- 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 제1항의 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물로 이루어진 양이온성 계면활성제를 1 내지 30중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유유연제 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭 알킬기 또는 알케닐기 함유 에스테르 아미드형 암모늄염 화합물로 이루어진 양이온성 계면활성제 총 중량을 기준으로 비이온성 계면활성제 0. 1 내지 30중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유유연제 조성 물.
