Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 발전기와, 상기 발전기를 구동시킴과 아울러 열이 발생되는 구동원과, 상기 구동원의 폐열을 회수하는 폐열회수 수단이 설치된 메인유닛과;압축기와 사방밸브와 실외열교환기와 실외팽창기구와 실내열교환기와 실내팽창기구를 포함하는 히트펌프식 공기조화기와;상기 폐열회수 수단에서 회수된 열을 상기 히트펌프식 공기조화기로 공급하는 폐열공급 열교환기와, 상기 폐열회수 수단에서 회수된 열을 방열할 수 있도록 하는 방열 수단이 설치된 서브유닛을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방열 수단은 상기 폐열회수 수단에서 회수된 열을 외부로 방열할 수 있도록 하는 방열 열교환기와,상기 폐열회수 수단에서 회수된 열이 상기 폐열공급 열교환기와 방열 열교환기로 분배될 수 있도록 설치된 폐열분배기를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 메인유닛과 상기 서브유닛은 열매체가 순환할 수 있도록 형성된 열매체 순환유로로 연결되고,상기 서브유닛과 상기 히트펌프식 공기조화기는 냉매가 순환할 수 있도록 형성된 냉매 순환유로로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 방열 열교환기는 상기 열매체 순환유로를 통과하는 열매체가 상기 폐열공급 열교환기를 바이패스할 수 있도록 상기 열매체 순환유로에 방열 바이패스유로로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 폐열 분배기는 상기 방열 바이패스유로가 분지되는 부분에 설치된 삼방변인 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 서브유닛은 상기 히트펌프식 공기조화기의 냉방 운전시 상기 사방밸브 를 통과한 냉매가 상기 폐열공급 열교환기를 바이패스할 수 있도록 형성된 냉방 유로를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 서브유닛은 상기 냉방 유로에 설치된 제 1 냉방용 역지변과,상기 폐열공급 열교환기와 냉방 유로의 분지점 사이에 설치된 제 1 난방용 역지변과,상기폐열공급 열교환기와 냉방 유로의 합지점 사이에 설치된 제 1 난방용 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1 난방용 밸브는 상기 히트펌프식 공기조화기의 난방운전시 온되고, 상기 히트펌프식 공기조화기의 냉방운전시 오프되는 온/오프밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 메인유닛은 상기 열매체 순환유로의 온도를 감지하기 위한 메인유닛 온 도센서와,상기 서브유닛은 상기 냉매 순환유로와 방열 바이패스유로의 온도를 감지하기 위한 서브유닛 온도센서를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 메인유닛은 엔진과 메인유닛 온도 센서를 제어하기 위한 메인유닛 제어부를 포함하고상기 서브유닛은 삼방변과 제 1 난방용 밸브와 서브유닛 온도센서를 제어하기 위한 서브유닛 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 메인유닛은 건물의 지하 또는 지상 1층에 설치되고,상기 서브유닛은 건물의 옥상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열병합 발전 시스템.
