Claims (9)
- 산화수 4가 이상의 아릴옥시계 전이금속 화합물을 외부전자공여체와 반응시켜 생성된, 일반식 MX(4-n)(OAr)n(ED)y(M = 전이금속, Ar = C6~C30의 아릴그룹 또는 치환된 아릴그룹, X = 할로겐원자, y = 1 또는 2의 정수, n은 2 ≤ n ≤4의 정수 또는 분수)으로 표시되는 화합물과 유기마그네슘 화합물을 반응시켜 제조한 산화수 3가의 아릴옥시계 전이금속 화합물을 촉매로 하고, 유기알루미늄 화합물을 공촉매로 하여 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 화합물은 MgX2-mRm(R = C1~C6의 알킬그룹, X = 할로겐원자, m은 0 < m ≤2의 정수 또는 분수)의 일반식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산화수 4가 이상의 아릴옥시계 전이금속 화합물은 산화수 4가 이상의 전이금속 화합물과 아릴옥시 화합물을 반응시켜 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외부전자공여체는 메틸포르메이트, 에틸아세테이트, 부틸아세테이트, 에테르, 시클릭에테르, 에틸에테르, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 디옥산, 아세톤 및 메틸에틸케톤 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기마그네슘 화합물에 대한 산화수 4가 이상의 아릴옥시계 전이금속 화합물을 외부전자공여체와 반응시켜 생성된 화합물의 반응몰비는 0.1~0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산화수 4가 이상의 아릴옥시계 전이금속 화합물을 외부전자공여체와 반응시켜 생성된 화합물과 유기마그네슘 화합물의 반응은 알킬할라이드 화합물의 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기알루미늄 화합물은 AlRnX(3-n)(여기서, R = C1~C16의 알킬그룹, X = 할로겐원자, n은 1 ≤ n ≤3의 정수 또는 분수)의 일반식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 유기알루미늄 화합물은 트리에틸알루미늄, 트리메틸알루미늄, 트리노말프로필알루미늄, 트리노말부틸알루미늄, 트리이소부틸알루미늄, 트리노말헥실알루미늄, 트리노말옥틸알루미늄 및 트리-2-메틸펜틸알루미늄 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매중의 전이금속에 대한 유기알루미늄 화합물의 반응몰비는 0.5~500인 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합체 및 올레핀/α-올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
