Claims (6)
- 용광로의 송풍구로부터 미분탄을 용선(溶銑) 톤당 적어도 150kg이상 불어넣는 공정;상기 용광로로부터 용선과 용융 슬래그를 배출하는 공정;상기 용광로로부터 배출되는 슬래그의 MgO 함유율을 5.5 ∼ 8.5 질량%로 조정하는 공정;상기 용선의 Si농도를 0.3 질량%이하로 제어하는 공정,을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저실리콘(Low Silicon) 용선의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,또 다시, 용광로로부터 배출되는 용선의 온도를 적어도 1480℃ 이상으로 제어하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저실리콘 용선의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,또 다시, 슬래그비를 용선 톤당 적어도 270kg 이상으로 제어하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저실리콘 용선의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,또 다시, 상기 슬래그중의 CaO(질량%)/SiO2(질량%)를 1.2 ∼ 1.3의 범위에, 또한 상기 슬래그중 Al203 농도를 13 ∼ 16 질량%의 범위로 제어하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저실리콘 용선의 제조방법.
- 용광로의 송풍구로부터 미분탄을 용선 톤당 적어도 150kg 이상 불어넣는 공정;용광로의 로정상으로부터 소결광, 코우크스와 MgO원(源) 부원료를 장입(裝入)하는 공정;상기 소결광의 비율을, 장입되는 코우크스를 제외하고 장입물의 70 질량% 이상으로 제어하는 공정;상기 소결광의 SiO2 함유율을 4.5 질량% 이하로, 또한 MgO 함유율을 1.3 질량% 이하로 제어하는 공정;상기 용광로로부터 용선과 용융 슬래그를 배출하는 공정;MgO원 부원료의 장입량을 제어하는 것에 의해 용광로로부터 배출되는 슬래그중의 MgO 함유율을 5.5 ∼ 8.5 질량%의 범위내로 조정하는 공정 및,상기 용선의 Si 농도를 0.30 질량% 이하로 제어하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저실리콘 용선의 제조방법.
