Claims (4)
- 선형전동기를 이용한 압축기에 있어서;양쪽으로 기둥부가 형성된 U자형으로 이루어지고 소정 간격으로 배열된 복수의 하부 고정자 철심, 상기 하부 고정자 철심의 양쪽 기둥부가 중심부로 각각 삽입되는 연접된 한 쌍의 환형권선으로 이루어진 하부 권선으로 구성되는 하부 고정자;양쪽으로 기둥부가 형성된 U자형으로 이루어지고 상기 하부 고정자 철심과 상하로 마주보며 하부 고정자 철심과 소정의 극간격으로 어긋나게 배열된 복수의 상부 고정자 철심, 상기 상부 고정자 철심의 양쪽 기둥부가 중심부로 각각 삽입되는 연접된 한 쌍의 환형권선으로 이루어진 상부 권선으로 구성되는 상부 고정자;상기 하부 고정자 및 상부 고정자 사이에 배치되되, 인접한 다른 영구자석과 서로 다른 방향의 자속을 발생시키는 복수의 영구자석이 이동자 철심에 의해 연결된 구조 한 쌍이 이동자 중심부에 의해 서로 대칭되게 구성되고, 상기 이동자 중심부의 양측으로 이동자 지지부가 연결되고, 각 이동자 지지부의 일측으로 피스톤이 연결되어 이루어진 이동자; 및상기 이동자의 양측단 피스톤에 대항하여 구비되며 피스톤의 왕복 운동에 따라 공기압축 작용을 행하는 실린더를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡자속 선형 전동기를 이용한 양방향 구동형 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이동자 지지부와 실린더 일측에 양단이 각각 고정된 스프링을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡자속 선형 전동기를 이용한 양방향 구동형 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이동자 중심부에는 하나 이상의 사각 통공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡자속 선형 전동기를 이용한 양방향 구동형 압축기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이동자 양측에 구비된 한 쌍의 피스톤의 구동축이 이동자 중심부에 대하여 상호 반대 방향으로 편심된 것을 특징으로 하는 횡자속 선형 전동기를 이용한 양방향 구동형 압축기.
