- 바람직하지 않은 파장 영역 복사선을 방출하는 광원; 및소정비의 가시 영역 광을 투과시키면서 소정비의 바람직하지 않은 파장 영역 복사선을 반사시킬 수 있는 유전성 반사층을 포함하는 광학 필터를 포함하고,상기 유전성 반사층은 제1 중합체로 각각 형성된 복수개의 층으로 구성된 제1 유전성 반사층 유닛 세트와 함께, 상기 제1 중합체와 다른 굴절률을 갖는 제2 중합체로 각각 형성된 복수개의 층으로 구성된 제2 유전성 반사층 유닛 세트를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 유전성 반사층 유닛 세트는 상기 제1 중합체층과 제2 중합체층을 교대로 적층하여 결합되고, 상기 유전성 반사층은 반사시키고자 하는 광의 반사율이 70% 이상이고, 상기 광학 필터가 상기 바람직하지 않은 복사선의 광원에 광학적으로 연결된 것인 광학 필터 시스템.
- 적외선 탐지기, 및소정비의 바람직한 파장 영역 광을 투과시키면서 바람직하지 않은 파장 영역 복사선 약 70% 이상을 반사시킬 수 있는 유전성 반사층을 포함하는, 상기 적외선 탐지기에 광학적으로 결합된 광학 필터를 포함하고,상기 유전성 반사층은 제1 중합체를 포함하는 제1 중합체층 세트와 함께, 상기 제1 중합체와 다른 굴절률을 갖는 제2 중합체를 포함하는 제2 중합체층 세트를 포함하고, 또한 상기 제1 중합체층 및 제2 중합체층이 교대로 적층된 것인 광학 탐지기 시스템.
- 소정비의 바람직한 파장 영역 광을 투과시키면서 바람직하지 않은 파장 영역 복사선 약 70% 이상을 반사시킬 수 있는 유전성 반사층, 및상기 유전성 반사층 상에 배치된 EMI 차폐층을 포함하고,상기 유전성 반사층은 제1 중합체를 포함하는 제1 중합체층 세트와 함께, 상기 제1 중합체와 다른 굴절률을 갖는 제2 중합체를 포함하는 제2 중합체층 세트를 포함하고, 또한 상기 제1 중합체층 및 제2 중합체층이 교대로 적층된 것인 광학 필터.
