Claims (7)
- 복수 개의 마이크로 채널이 형성되어 있는 마이크로 칩;상기 마이크로 칩의 하부에 놓여져 상기 마이크로 칩을 고정하는 하우징 및상기 마이크로 칩의 각 입구에 대응되는 관통공을 포함하는 2 이상의 주입 및 밀봉 부재를 포함하고,상기 주입 및 밀봉 부재는 상기 하우징에 상하방향으로 고정되어 있고 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이에서 수평방향으로 슬라이딩 이동하도록 되어 있고, 상기 제1 위치에서 상기 관통공은 상기 마이크로 칩의 각 입구와 연통되어 반응 혼합액이 상기 관통공을 통하여 주입될 수 있고 상기 제2 위치에서 상기 마이크로 칩의 각 입구는 상기 주입 및 밀봉 부재의 하부면을 형성하는 탄성부재에 의하여 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 마이크로 칩 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 칩은 PCR 칩인 마이크로 칩 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 PDMS인 마이크로 칩 유니트.
- 복수 개의 마이크로 채널이 형성되어 있는 마이크로 칩; 상기 마이크로 칩의 하부에 놓여져 상기 마이크로 칩을 고정하는 하우징 및 상기 마이크로 칩의 각 입구에 대응되는 관통공을 포함하는 2 이상의 주입 및 밀봉 부재를 포함하고, 상기 주입 및 밀봉 부재는 상기 하우징에 상하방향으로 고정되어 있고 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이에서 수평방향으로 슬라이딩 이동하도록 되어 있고, 상기 제1 위치에서 상기 관통공은 상기 마이크로 칩의 각 입구와 연통되어 반응 혼합액이 상기 관통공을 통하여 주입될 수 있고 상기 제2 위치에서 상기 마이크로 칩의 각 입구는 상기 주입 및 밀봉 부재의 하부면을 형성하는 탄성부재에 의하여 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 칩 유니트에 있어서 상기 주입 및 밀봉 부재를 상기 제1 위치로 슬라이딩 이동시키고 상기 관통공을 통하여 반응 혼합액을 주입하는 단계; 및상기 주입 및 밀봉 부재를 제2 위치로 슬라이딩 이동시켜 마이크로 칩의 입 구를 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 마이크로 칩 유니트를 이용하여 생화학 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉된 마이크로 칩 유니트를 모듈의 형태로 열순환기 (thermal cycler)에 고정하여 열순환 반응을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 칩은 PCR 칩이고, 상기 생화학 반응은 PCR인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 PDMS인 방법.
