- 공압출된 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트와 상기 필름 또는 시트의 적어도 한 면에 실리콘 이형액을 코팅한 것으로서,상기 실리콘 이형액이 코팅된 면의 표면 거칠기(BRa)는 0.005㎛ ~ 0.6㎛이고, 상기 실리콘 이형액이 코팅되지 않은 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면 거칠기(FRa)는 0.0055㎛ ~ 6.6㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 건조된 상기 실리콘 이형액 코팅층은 유기 솔벤트인 메틸이서케톤(MEK)에서 추출되는 실리콘 미 반응물이 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 건조된 실리콘 이형액 코팅층은 0.1 ~ 2.4㎛의 두께 를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름
- 제 3항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 이형액은 헥세닐폴리실록산 4 ~ 30중량%, 하이드로젠 폴리실록산 0.02 ~ 1중량%, 비닐기를 함유한 올가노레진 0.005 ~ 2중량%, 킬레이트 백금촉매 0.0005 ~ 0.005중량% 및 잔량의 물과 폴리비닐 알콜로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
