Claims (11)
- 다수의 셀이 직,병렬로 연결되어 충방전되는 제1뱅크;다수의 셀이 직,병렬로 연결되는 동시에, 상기 제1뱅크와 직렬로 연결되어 충방전되는 제2뱅크;상기 제1뱅크의 충방전 전압 및 전류를 감지하고, 충방전 이상시 소정 전압을 출력하는 제1제어부;상기 제2뱅크의 충방전 전압 및 전류를 감지하고, 충방전 이상시 소정 전압을 출력하는 제2제어부;상기 제2제어부의 출력 전압을 상기 제1제어부의 출력 전압과 같아지도록 쉬프트시키는 레벨 쉬프터;상기 제1제어부 및 레벨 쉬프터의 출력 전압에 의해 온,오프되는 제1스위치; 및,상기 제1뱅크 및 제2뱅크를 충방전시키는 대전류 라인에 설치되고, 상기 제1스위치에 의해 온,오프됨으로써, 상기 제1뱅크 및 제2뱅크의 충방전 상태를 정지시킬 수 있는 제2스위치를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1뱅크 및 제2뱅크는 각각 4개의 셀이 직렬로 연결된 동시에, 상호 병렬 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 직렬 연결된 제1,2뱅크의 전체 충방전 전압은 상기 제1뱅크의 충방전 전압의 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1제어부의 출력 전압은 상기 제2제어부의 출력 전압의 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레벨 쉬프터는 포토 커플러인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레벨 쉬프터는상기 제2제어부의 출력 전압에 의해 소정 파장의 빛을 발광하는 발광 다이오드;상기 발광 다이오드로부터 발광되는 빛에 의해 온되는 포토 트랜지스터; 및,상기 포토 트랜지스터의 에미터에 연결된 저항으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 포토 트랜지스터의 컬렉터에는 제1제어부에서 출력하는 전압과 같은 전압이 인가되고, 상기 저항의 후단에는 상기 제2제어부에서 출력하는 전압과 같은 전압이 인가되며, 상기 포토 트랜지스터의 에미터와 저항 사이 에 출력단을 형성함으로써, 상기 출력단을 통하여 상기 제1제어부에서 출력하는 전압과 같은 전압으로 레벨 쉬프트된 전압이 출력됨을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1제어부의 출력단과, 상기 레벨 쉬프터의 출력단에는 2개의 입력단을 갖는 논리합 소자(OR gate)가 더 연결되고, 상기 논리합 소자의 출력단은 상기 제1스위치에 연결됨으로써, 상기 논리합 소자의 적어도 한 입력단에 입력이 가해졌을 경우 출력단을 통하여 제1스위치가 온됨을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1스위치는 전계효과 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2스위치는 상기 제1스위치에 의해 온,오프되는 전계효과 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2스위치는 상기 제1스위치에 의해 끊어지는 퓨즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지팩용 보호회로.
