Description
Claims (14)
- 소자가 일렬로 배치되거나 델타구조로 배열되어 데이타신호에 따라 발광하는 화소영역과, 일정한 스위칭신호를 첫번째 스위칭소자의 게이트전극에 인가하는 스캔드라이버와, 일정한 데이터 정보를 첫번째 스위칭소자의 소스전극에 인가하는 데이타드라이버와, 화소영역에 제 1 전원전압을 인가하는 도전특성을 갖는 전압공급라인을 포함하는 능동소자 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 전압공급라인과 평행하도록 배열되는 메탈 라인으로 구성되는 전계나 자계특성을 가지는 전자파를 차폐하는 수단 및 상기 전자파를 차폐하는 수단에 전압을 제공하는 차폐전압발생수단을 구비하며, 상기 차폐전압발생수단은 제 2 전원전압을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자 표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈라인은상기 제 1 전압공급라인의 바깥쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈라인은상기 제 1 전압공급라인의 안쪽과 바깥쪽에 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자 표시장치.
- 소자가 일렬로 배치되거나 델타구조로 배열되어 데이타신호에 따라 발광하는 화소영역과, 일정한 스위칭신호를 첫번째 스위칭소자의 게이트전극에 인가하는 스캔드라이버와, 일정한 데이터 정보를 첫번째 스위칭소자의 소스전극에 인가하는 데이타드라이버와, 화소영역에 제 1 전원전압을 인가하는 도전특성을 갖는 전압공급라인을 포함하는 능동소자 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 전압공급라인과 평행하도록 배열되어 접지단자에 연결되어, 전계나 자계 특성을 갖는 전자파를 차폐하는 메탈라인을 포함하는 능동소자표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈라인은상기 전압공급라인의 안쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈라인은상기 전압공급라인의 바깥쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈라인은상기 전압공급라인의 안쪽과 바깥쪽에 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전계나 자계를 차폐하는 메탈라인에 전압을 제공하는 차폐전압발생수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 차폐전압발생수단은 제 2 전원전압을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자 표시장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 전원전압은 상기 제 1 전원전압과 반대의 극성을 갖는 전원인 것을 특징으로 하는 능동소자 표시장치.
