Claims (6)
- 베어링 하우징,제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하며 회전축의 외면과의 사이에 공기윤활막을 두고 상기 회전축 외주를 따라 연장되는 제1 포일, 그리고상기 제1 포일과 상기 베어링 하우징 사이에서 상기 제1 포일을 따라 연장되고 다공질 형상을 가지며 탄성 변형 가능한 재료로 된 제2 포일을 포함하며,상기 회전축의 회전시 상기 공기윤활막의 압력 증가에 의해 상기 제1 포일이 상기 베어링 하우징을 향해 탄성 변형되고, 상기 제2 포일은 상기 제1 포일의 변형에 의해 탄성 압축 변형되고, 압축 변형에 대한 상기 기공 내의 공기 저항에 의해 상기 회전축의 진동이 감쇠되는 것을 특징으로 하는공기 포일 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일과 상기 베어링 하우징 사이에 위치하며 제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하는 제3 포일을 더 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일과 상기 베어링 하우징 사이에 위치하며 제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하는 범프 포일을 더 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일과 상기 제3 포일 사이에 위치하며 제1 단부가 상기 베어링 하우징에 대해 고정되고 제2 단부가 자유단을 형성하는 범프 포일을 더 포함하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2 포일은 다공성을 갖도록 금속 칩을 압착 성형하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 포일 베어링.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 금속은 스프링강 및 주철을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나의 재료인 공기 포일 베어링.
