Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 양극판, 음극판 및 이 양,음극판 사이에 배치되는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군이 내장되는 케이스;상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀폐하는 캡 조립체; 및상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결되어 외부 단자로 전류를 리드하고 전면에 외측으로 돌출되는 파지부가 형성된 집전판을 포함하고,상기 파지부는 상기 집전판이 갖는 전극군과의 부착면에 대해 반대방향으로 돌출 형성된 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 집전판은 상기 양극판에 연결되는 양극 집전판인 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 파지부는 상기 집전판의 일부에 형성된 구멍의 가장자리로부터 돌출 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 집전판은 상기 음극판에 연결되는 음극 집전판인 이 차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 파지부는 상기 집전판의 일부에 홈형태로 돌출 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 파지부는 상기 집전판이 갖는 전극군과의 부착면에 대해 반대방향으로 돌출 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 파지부는 원형태 또는 다각형태로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 원통형인 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 전지는 모터 구동용인 이차 전지.
- 양극판과 음극판이 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 감겨져 형성된 전극군과;상기 양극판 또는 음극판의 길이방향을 따라 일측 단부에 형성되는 활물질이 도포되지 않은 영역인 무지부;상기 양극판 또는 음극판 중 적어도 하나의 극판의 무지부에 부착되고 전면에 전극군과의 부착면에 대해 반대방향으로 돌출되는 파지부가 형성된 집전판을 포함하는 이차 전지의 전극 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 집전판은 중앙에 형성된 구멍의 가장자리를 따라 파지부가 돌출 형성되어 양극판의 무지부에 부착되는 이차 전지의 전극 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 집전판은 중앙에 파지부가 홈형태로 돌출 형성되어 음극판의 무지부에 부착되는 이차 전지의 전극 조립체.
- 판상으로 이루어진 플레이트;상기 플레이트 전면에 이차 전지의 전극 조립체의 전극군과의 부착면에 대해 반대방향으로 돌출 형성되는 파지부를 포함하는 이차전지의 집전판.
